Brent & Christine: I waited almost one calendar year to write my review.Dr. Grossi saved my life and livelihood with a spine surgery, I would recommend him as a doctor because he’s the only person in this joke of a medical system that would do my surgery….BUT I would not recommend the hospital at all. I would especially not recommend the ER with the little big man behind the desk that imposes his will and threatens to call security on everyone that comes in the door. He also actively prevents patients from laying down (there is nowhere to lay down, so much for ADA compliance in this ER). I was in full sciatic stroke and he was trying to call security on me for trying to lay flat in a desperate attempt to get my 10/10 pain to ease. He needs to be fired and someone with some actual human feelings and hospitality needs to be hired in his place.

CHRIS DOMRES: We live in Raleigh and had to stay in a hotel while our house was getting work done. Our experience at this Hyatt was the desk clerk gave us a better room rate than any online rate we could get. The rooms are clean and modern. But the beds were very hard. I had to bring my memory foam topper from home to be able to fall asleep. The wall are very thin so expect to be able to hear every conversation in the halls. The room doors lack any closer dampening mechanism so all day long you hear doors slamming shut. We were told the room would have a microwave oven. It did not. The beds are next to the AC/Heater. It sounds like a Mack truck. We turned it off at night. Fortunately the weather only got down to 50 at night when we were there. If you need to sleep with it on, bring ear plugs. Outside walls are thin. The construction next door had a steam roller running and the room acoustics seemed to be tuned to the 40 hertz rumble. I had to wear ear plugs a few hours during the day if I was stuck inside to cope with that rumble. You will hear any heavy trucks driving by.

Michelle McDonald: I always enjoy our stay here!! We have stayed numerous times since 2017 for various reasons. It's pet friendly and that's another big plus because our small dog travels with us. The rooms and common areas are always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good....they offer a few snacks (which are delicious) and water and soft drinks for sale at the front desk....wish they could go back to selling beer at the front desk....I'm assuming covid changed that......but there is a small refrigerator in the room....

Again, can't say enough about it, not no bagel or donut, full breakfast, one of the reasons I picked this place to stay and was not disappointed at all.Habitaciones: Rooms were the standard type you would find. Very clean and had a microwave and small refrigerator which was nice to have. TV had a great picture...very quiet place to stay.Seguridad: Don't know much about the area but this seemed in a nice and secure location.Comidas y bebidas: Breakfast, Breakfast, Breakfast...can't say enough.

Nichole Z: The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool is nice, but it is a bit dark for my liking, and the hot tub jets were not working properly. The breakfast is amazing, and the staff is rather friendly but keep to themselves unless needed

Beeutyizmyname Chatman: Everything here was top notched as always. As I was staying here reviewing different restaurants I had to do a review for here as well. The breakfast on bacon 🥓 day was superb my only complaint would be on sausage day. Pay more attention to it. The sausage was grey and kinda scary. Other than that it was clean and welcoming. JoHannah Moore: I had a great experience staying with a pet (dog) and I found the pet fee to be reasonable considering they didn't have size/breed questions. There is no dedicated dog walk area but the hotel is surrounded by sidewalks that lead up to the shopping center nearby. The staff were friendly and the check in and check out process was easy with my dog. Some guests seemed surprised to see him, especially around the elevator, so I suppose not many travellers have their furry friends with them.The room was exceptionally clean. I thought it was strange there was no fan in the bathroom. I took off a star for location being so close to the airport we heard doors opening and closing at all hours of the night. That was the only downside to our stay was the noise in the hall. The layout of the room was spacious and I attached pictures from the end of my stay. I loved how there was a coffee and tea bar in the lobby all day. I really enjoyed a quick 5pm coffee without leaving the hotel.

Sharon Long: BEWARE HIDDEN FEES!!The guy behind the counter was a COMPLETE JERK after we had been on the road for 9 hours with 2 dogs. We had booked a room for 1 night and according to the reservation, we were gonna pay $10 extra per dog per. The young man at the counter refused to honor our quoted price and even told us an extra $25 per dog. "If you have a problem with that, talk to the manager." We asked for the manager, and the kid hands us a business card with 2 USELESS numbers. We ended up having to sleep in our vehicle!!! That's the WORST hotel I've EVER had to deal with!!!!

Crockett: June 2023 - NO ELEVATOR ON PROPERTY WORKING-NO BREAKFASTThis was a cheap room, under $100. Wyndham has purchased Super 8, so there does seem to be some standards now. The hall and the room did temporarily have a dull stench of old smoke, but after 10 minutes of running the room air, that was gone and forgotten. The room was freshly painted, the linens were new, and the bathroom was recently tiled. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the room was.Check in was easy. He told me first thing the elevator was out. Replied that is a problem, we must have first floor, my wife has a problem knee and stairs are a no go. He gave us 114 right behind the lobby. It was never an issue, no noise, no traffic on a Thursday night. We slept well and felt we definitely got our money's worth. The neighborhood is commercial inner city. No rougher than any other. There were tiny mini muffins in a basket in what used to be a full-size breakfast room. There was coffee but it was awful. We did get our $40 deposit back on our card a few days later.Room surprisingly nice, no breakfast, neighborhood is not sketchy. A fair value for under $100.

Destanie DeJesus: Quédate bajo tu propio riesgo. Mi única ventaja fue que la habitación tenía un bonito suelo. La cama era incómoda y hacía ruidos chirriantes con cada pequeño movimiento. La habitación olía a rancio ya moho. Había cucarachas en la habitación que no había notado hasta que encendiste la luz por la noche. El ascensor está roto, así que tienes que subir las escaleras afuera, cada escalera huele muy mal a orina asquerosa. Mucha gente sospechosa se queda allí y pasa el rato en la escalera. Los pasillos tienen un olor extraño y alfombra sucia manchada. No terminamos durmiendo porque la puerta de la escalera se cierra de golpe muy fuerte y la gente entra y sale ruidosamente a todas horas de la noche. Definitivamente obtienes lo que pagas por ir aquí. Me convence de que las buenas críticas aquí son amigos o familiares que las hacen porque no había nada de 5 estrellas al respecto.

Question Authority: Honestly, the outside is a lil rough and no elevator. But, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The rooms so clean! I mean honestly its been a while there has been such good customer care.

John Dangly: I came to Raleigh for a convention and this was a great stay! The rooms were clean and felt brand new. It did not feel like a traditional Super 8 at all. The staff went above and beyond to help an out of towner like myself. Additionally, the location is excellent since it is close to restaurants and the mall. I will be staying here when I come back into town next.

Trisha Haimraj: My room smelt of cigarettes and I found cigarette burn imprinted on the mattress when I was doing a bedbug check. The room wasn’t sound proof because I could hear loud cussing and banging on the door from across my room that lasted for approx. 30 min. I felt unsafe, double checked that my door was locked and I couldn’t wait to leave the next morning. I skipped the free breakfast because I didn’t want to get more disappointed. I reported the cigarette smell to a staff members when I checked out who said that she will send someone to clean up the room.
