Kaki T: Embassy Suites are in my Top 3 and this one in Raleigh did not disappoint. Friendly checkin staff, great cocktail hour, delicious breakfast with a variety of choices and attentive staff. Rooms are always 2 room suites, with plenty of outlets, fridge and microwave. Very clean. LOVE and RECOMMEND!

Chris Foley: Room was a little outdated, but everything was top notch! Service, food & drink, & location. I'm still not used to the post covid no room cleaning daily thing, but all hotels are doing that so I guess that's normal now.
Charlotte Oakley: Certain employees of this location are not.... The best .I phrase it that way, To be nice..The incidental charge the make you pay over the hotel stay, some people only pay 20 others 50.I was is in the $50 category. And employees slipped up and said something about a $20 incidental hold. That's when I said but I paid $50 everyday. The reason I was checking in and out everyday my vehicle broke down. I didn't know when it was going to be fixed so I had to make a reservation each day so every time I checked in and checked out it was another incidental hold. Then I realized I wasn't getting my incidentals back. They printed up paperwork they cannot show me where they were releasing my money. So almost a month worth of incidentals. At $50 a day.... my truck will finally be fixed in the next 2 days. .and as mentioned in another review this is not good by Hilton standards. But well worth the price line discounted rates . Housekeeping is great people!
Alin Bennett: A really great hotel. Two things were annoying. The wifi is not good. 1) I had to use my hotspot most of the time. 2) they rent their pool out to at least two swim schools. I was trying to relax on my vacation, but had to listen to a dozen of young children scream as they were learning to swim. The latter is a deal breaker for me. I won't be back...

christine: Came for a family reunion was not pleased at all. This might as well be a pet/dog hotel dogs were everywhere no set floor for people who don’t enjoy dogs 😔. Not only did I also get stuck in the elevator for 3 mins the woman at the desk told me it was because of the storm I would think they would shut them all down if this was the case but they also allowed others to get stuck as well after it was brought to the attention of staff. During our dinner session not only did they have the iced tea set up 45 mins before dinner so it would be watered down by time we would have arrived. Also the paid bar left 2 hrs before the time slot was up. You guys also need a better system for your breakfast and have the correct dates when you give the vouchers during check in. Please also work on customer service there was only two woman who made this trip worth while the rest need a customer service course. This overall experience was super 8 value with Hilton prices. I wish I could get my money back. Horrible experience
Quanny Grimes: This was a very nice stay ! It’s very convenient to all the shopping areas and food. The only thing I didn’t like I was the elevators kept getting stuck. Other than that I’ll recommend this hotel !
Dark Seraphim: If you come between 2-4 on a Friday expect a small wait for Check-In. However, the staff is very professional and the hotel itself has been updated within the last 5 years and is very clean, modern and comfortable. Obviously, there's no microwave in most rooms but, there's one available on each floor. Solid Hilton that meets expectations.

England: Decidí quedarme aquí por unos días. No me he alojado aquí en años. Este lugar necesita una renovación completa. Aparentemente, el vestíbulo y el área del restaurante solo fueron renovados.Las habitaciones están muy anticuadas. La alfombra y los muebles apestan y me dieron un dolor de cabeza muy fuerte. El piso en el que estaba estaba caliente y aparentemente el aire no funcionaba correctamente. Los servicios de Internet tampoco funcionaban correctamente.Este no es un lugar en el que elegiría quedarme de nuevo. Los perros grandes caminaban por todas partes. Estaban en las áreas para comer muy incómodas para mí. Personalmente, no me gusta comer cerca de animales.

Monica Kissam: I have stayed in Hyatt many times and always had a good experience until now. This hotel is run down and in need of improvements. The door to my first room wouldn’t open so staff had to assign me to another room. The furniture and carpet have seen better days and the room could use a fresh coat of paint. Pass this Hyatt up.
Carliss Hardy: Based on the fact that my friends and I will never get to stay here due to poor planning and communication by this hotel, it’s only right that I give it one star.But it’s not like the one star review will make a difference because they’re SHUTTING DOWN…literally in over a week on Sunday, March 13th, per an email my friend received (she reserved the hotel rooms) TODAY!Not only were the rooms at this hotel booked months ago, they were booked for the biggest festival weekend in April.The only thing sent was a vague email with no additional options or assistance given. Poor customer service. We’ve never experienced anything like this.We would like to hear from the corporate office, but we probably won’t since this review page will be closed in a matter of DAYS. What a mess. Now we’re left scrambling to find another place after we did our part early on. Surely Hyatt didn’t just find out today that their hotel would be closing permanently. I’m not sure who dropped the ball, but the customers shouldn’t have to pay for it.

CHRIS DOMRES: We live in Raleigh and had to stay in a hotel while our house was getting work done. Our experience at this Hyatt was the desk clerk gave us a better room rate than any online rate we could get. The rooms are clean and modern. But the beds were very hard. I had to bring my memory foam topper from home to be able to fall asleep. The wall are very thin so expect to be able to hear every conversation in the halls. The room doors lack any closer dampening mechanism so all day long you hear doors slamming shut. We were told the room would have a microwave oven. It did not. The beds are next to the AC/Heater. It sounds like a Mack truck. We turned it off at night. Fortunately the weather only got down to 50 at night when we were there. If you need to sleep with it on, bring ear plugs. Outside walls are thin. The construction next door had a steam roller running and the room acoustics seemed to be tuned to the 40 hertz rumble. I had to wear ear plugs a few hours during the day if I was stuck inside to cope with that rumble. You will hear any heavy trucks driving by.
Michelle McDonald: I always enjoy our stay here!! We have stayed numerous times since 2017 for various reasons. It's pet friendly and that's another big plus because our small dog travels with us. The rooms and common areas are always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good....they offer a few snacks (which are delicious) and water and soft drinks for sale at the front desk....wish they could go back to selling beer at the front desk....I'm assuming covid changed that......but there is a small refrigerator in the room....

Renee Booker: Don't stay there. They have tire scam going on there. Stayed there 2 nights 1st night tires were slashed on my brand new car..Several other guests was hit as well. There is a Tire Discount store literally a block away and Several sports tournaments in the area at the time...put a real damper on my stay no apologies from the establishment just referrals to the Tire place.

Chris B: We arrived at the hotel and found out the pool and hot tub is closed. They should inform people of that before so we could have got another hotel. We got to the room and there was only one cup and it was used with lipstick stains on it. I tried to call the front desk and got a busy signal.. my company travels to Raleigh a lot and will not be staying here again.

Agent Gomez PR: Please DO NOT STAY HERE! the upper rooms have really bad mold. The curtains on the back of them facing outside have mold on them from the cool air meeting the heat from the windows. It's bad mold too we changed rooms and the new room still had it. We were planing to extend but not anymore. The night shift lady was super nice but the 1st shift lady didn't care at all about it. She acted as though their was nothing she could do. Things why I'm writing this post. 150$ is too much money to put our health at risk. Please check the back side of your blinds b4 staying in the room

Dennis Haynes: Este hotel necesita una renovación seria. Fui miembro platino de IHG y nunca me he alojado en la peor habitación. La recepcionista no fue muy poco profesional. No dio instrucciones claras sobre el estacionamiento ni mencionó nada sobre el hotel durante el registro. Básicamente me dio la llave y me dijo el número de mi habitación y el ascensor estaba en el segundo y quinto piso. Cuando llegué a la habitación me sorprendió. La habitación tenía manchas en la alfombra. La silla del escritorio estaba desgastada en varios lugares y se estaba despegando en el asiento de la silla. He visto sillas en la acera para recoger la basura mejor que la silla del escritorio de mi habitación de hotel. Había óxido en la base de la lámpara, la superficie del escritorio tenía grandes manchas de agua, los azulejos del baño no estaban limpios en las paredes, se podía buscar la tubería de la ducha que sobresalía del agujero en la pared.Apuesto a que obtendré la misma respuesta enlatada de la administración que brindan a todos. Ni siquiera pueden escribir una respuesta original. Se disculpará por mi insatisfacción, pero espero que me quede allí en el futuro para cambiar de opinión sobre el lugar. No me quedaré aquí de nuevo. Noel Jennings, aprende a cortar y pegar. Todos podemos ver sus errores gramaticales cuando deja su respuesta y podemos ver las comas adicionales, las líneas en blanco o el saludo inicial dos veces.
David Bohn: Simplemente malo. Solo un ascensor en funcionamiento, olores en el vestíbulo, habitaciones anticuadas, el baño más pequeño que jamás haya visto. Necesita una reforma importante. O simplemente derribar la cosa y empezar de nuevo. La única razón por la que son 2 estrellas es por la ubicación. Ve a otra parte.
Kathryn Reusch: El personal es maravilloso y muy servicial. El hotel en realidad no tiene un servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto, a pesar de lo que le dirán ciertos sitios. Hay desayuno, y son donas o panecillos preenvasados o avena, con café o té. Hay un conjunto de refrigeradores de bebidas y algunos bocadillos disponibles para comprar. Las habitaciones claramente necesitan una renovación, pero están limpias y son funcionales. Los baños están configurados de manera un tanto incómoda, de modo que prácticamente tiene que meterse en la bañera para cerrar la puerta, y la habitación está diseñada y los espejos están colocados de manera que no hay mucha privacidad para cambiarse si comparte. No está mal, pero necesita una actualización.
Mollie Brown: At check in the two ladies working were busy talking to each other - we had to wait for their conversation to end before we were helped.We were in our room when the door opened and another guest walked in - talk about unsettling. They had given someone else the same room claiming we all had the same last name (were they not actually checking ID’s as they should have been?). We went to leave our room & needed to get back in - couldn’t because they had deactivated our key cards. Went to get new cards & they went in to how they de-magnetize easily - told them it wasn’t the key, it was them giving someone our room & them de-activating everyone’s cards.Really just not pleased with this whole check in/staff interaction - it felt like they weren’t paying attention & this incident was a direct result of their actions.There is only one working elevator for 20ish floors.The rooms, common spaces & furniture were covered in rips and stains.Overall the location and price point are the only thing this place had going for it. Would not return.
Cat: It’s okay. Old and outdated. The toilet and shower were in such a small space. Smelled like bleach in the hallways. Location was solid.

Michael Wells: Great value. Older hotel but well maintained. Great bartender as well.Habitaciones: Only issue was needed more water pressure for the shower.
Tinia Parsons: This hotel has it all staff is awesome our room was really nice with a little patio. Only thing I did not like is the fact there are no smoking rooms which is understandable due to people allergic to smoke they do however allow pets..that needs to be thought about due to the fact I'm allergic to dogs. Other than that it was nice

Xavier Bantang: Very nice 3-star hotel. Diane Snyder: My only complaint is that each time, upon entering the room there was a chemically smell. This seemed to go away after a few minutes (or I became used to it.)However, everything else was immaculate! The cleanest coffee pot in my many hotels stays so far this year. The refrigerator was clean and cold. It even had a working freezer which I made use of. Even when I moved the comfort chair, I found no left behind surprises. I felt comfortable spending two nights there. Well done cleaning crew.

The Fairgrounds is a short drive away. The North Carolina Art Museum is beautiful very close also.Detalles destacados: There are several amenities that make a stay at this Ramada very enjoyable. There is a large, comfortable living room with a large TV, a fireplace comfortable furniture.There is a swimming pool with a pleasant deck a small workout room with machines for guests to use.The breakfasts are very good with a nice selection of food beverages. The two level dining room is clean nicely furnished. The music is a very nice addition to the atmosphere.
