Christine Thach: Very frustrated with this company! Signed March 2020 and as of September 2021 still dont have a properly installed system. Our tech that came out to fix microinverters that were OFF for over a month told us that a VA team came out to install and the NC team didnt even know they had an account at our address. Every single customer service person we've talked to "doesnt know what to tell you but apologize for your experience with us" and keeps telling us to call back to check in.... thanks Katie, Jasmin, Daniel, William and Emily for the apology, wheres the followup action?! Was told today that "we're just really busy" which makes me think there are a ton of others who are probably just as frustrated. If you want a solar company that will slap a bill in your face and make you DIY, this is the company for you!
Margeaux Howard: 2 representatives came to my door with no masks on - during a global pandemic. Our HOA put no soliciting signs at the entrance to our neighborhood. We also have a no soliciting sign on our doorbell that they pressed anyways.

The representative that sold us the package quit and no one is managing our account. If we didn’t call repeatedly we probably wouldn’t even have panels installed. It’s taken 2 months just to get someone to come out here to do an inspection. We are paying for solar panels that do nothing.Do not use this company.

He went so far to say he tried to come to the front, yet my wife stood there waiting the entire time with out him coming.
Randy Overton: I want to give credit to a few employees at this HD location. Shell, manager of Appliances Dept., Diane at the service desk, and Denise in Appliance sales. All three ladies were great to work with in solving a problem my wife and I had with our order and delivery. Shell made sure the delivery manager knew about what happened so it could be corrected. HD is still our go to for Home Improvements. Stock is great also!

Xinran Li: The only contractor with Home Depot is ARS for installing new HVAC unit in Raleigh area. However, they provide really poor job.ARS installed a brand new HVAC unit at end of March. It has been repairing for at least 7 times wasted days of our time. As now, June 5, my air conditioner is still waiting for parts. The cover/hood left wide open. The manager Brandon promised us they will replace the cover and install the missing parts. But they never do. Brandon also ignores our call and messages. Till, it has been 6 weeks since we talk to the manager Brandon. Nothing has been done.Besides, the technician damaged the coil fins while they were "repairing" the brand new unit they just installed, and they are not promising to repair it.In the contract, they promised to refund and remove the unit within one year if we are not satisfied with their product and service. When I request refund, they just sent a technician, talk to you and promising to repair, which is something they never does.I heard ARS is a good company for plumbing. However, for HVAC installation and repair, they are not professional based on what they did, such as misconnecting wires during installation which damages the outside unit, failed to repair, ignoring costumers and not being responsible, not following the contract.

Liam Paschall: My wife ordered all new appliances from Home Depot last week. We went with Home Depot because she was informed that the installation included all the appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher). There were no stipulations. The guys contracted to bring the appliances showed up 45 minutes late - only to inform us that they could not install the dishwasher or the microwave and that someone else would have to come out to install those. That is NOT what Home Depot told us. The guys left b/c they said we only had a 5-minute window to accept the appliances, but my wife was on the phone with the Home Depot store at the time. And she is still on hold - more than 30 minutes later.This is my second issue with trying to get something done through Home Depot.And now we are without appliances. The July 4th sale is over, and we are stuck on hold with Home Depot in Knightdale.This is not okay. And I have now contacted Home Depot Corporate about this.

We talked to the night manager he was kind of indifferent. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back into shop again and the night manager was helpful with purchasing lime for our front yard he also gave us a small bag of lime because of all the problem that we had with the employee we were shocked. They were still letting people out of the store we talked to the night manager and asked him if we could purchase the $20 auger that I looked up online that they had on a Shelf since we had driven so far to come there to purchase it he proceeded to tell me hey I had problems with you a couple months ago about a situation he had no clue that it was because of his employee being rude when we talked to him. We thought he appreciated us taking the time to tell him about that problem and would give us respect. Because most people wouldn't take the time to give feedback.And they would just stop shopping there.He continued to be rude to me so I told him we will never shop there again.I hope his manager will read this.I think he needs to find a different job that doesn't involve customer service! I hope corporate reads this.
David Evans: Right off 540, this is easy in and easy out. Clean store and helpful staff. I used the tool rental section and they were nice enough to help me load it in my truck with a lift (saved our backs!). The tool rental is new I think because everything there was in great condition.

Jason Smith: Aubrey who was working customer service this evening was slow and did not have the ability to determine an item was the same item to do an exchange. Home Depot should not have such incompetent employees. John the manager was no better… took 20 min to verify an item was the same item even though all stickers on box and numbers matched as I was doing an exact exchange
Tam Da Muzicladi -Sister Chronicles: Love this place, BUT a cashier that works in the customer service area said something negative about an older lady. It angered me because it was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
