High House at Cary Apartments: what do users think?
Power Group: What a horror to have facilities like this
Jeniffer Robinson: For some time now certain areas of the neighborhood have smelled of marijuana, some neighbors who have been here for a long time have noticed that. I hope that the administration is aware of the matter. On the other hand, our neighborhood had always been peaceful and healthy. Families of Indian and Asian origin are very respectful, healthy and peaceful, so we consider the fact that these odors are perceived as strange.
Abhishek Sinha: We, Abhishek Sinha & Urmi Chowdhury, residents of High House, Cary would like to express our sincere gratitude to Alexis Ausborn, Community Manager, High House, Cary for her excellent support and guidance she has provided to us. We can never truly express how grateful we are. We commend her promptness and care in handling our case patiently and bringing it to closure. She is a true professional, with superlative skills. Wishing her the very best in life.
P C: Stay Away for this place. When I first moved year ago it was great I had no problem and no complaints. I downsized, move to another apartment in the complex and it had been a nightmare. Maintenance is wonderful. Tinel has always been polite and helpful but he can do but so much! In the last four or five years we have changed ownership over two or three times and everything has gone downhill. I have water stains in my bathroom ceiling and im told its safe but im not so certain about that. I go regularly to my doctor to make i am healthy. The trash dumpter breaks regularly and most of the time the is trash built up around it. I know this can't be sanitary. With this new management, my rent has increased $600 with the last year. I have roaches, windows that leak when it rains, cracks in the ceiling and gnats in the summer. Some of my neighbors are loud and don't follow rules. I have tried to complain but nothing comes of it! I am miserable. I'm currently looking for another place to stay. It's a shame because I love the location. Smh... Don't enter a contract with this facility. It is old and not well kept.
Ujjwala Musale: one positive side - support staff has improved a lot and helping to run community. Office looks helpful but dont have any authority.Lets talk more " If you want to be surprised with rate hike every now and than... you are welcome here"5 months back we were paying 1470 - we were offered 1670 (but we choose 5 months lease assuming they will fix it in next iteration) Surprisingly we got new rate of 1850 wow.. that almost $400 within 5 months.Even new leases were cheaper than ours for 2Bed. I can see it online.Renewal specialists live in some ghost city no coordination ... no negotiations, no phone number and you agree to their terms or leave.Believe me moving is hard - take decision wisely.
Muskan Md: The staff are very rude and everything in the appartment are broken. shelf doors to appliances every thing is a disaster. They make up so it looks fine later to place work orders .The rent is too high and once u sign the lease u are stuck here till it end. They don’t care!
Taylor Gay: Really nice tour and they answered all questions
No Thank you: The pool hasn’t been open all summer. The hottest summer in the record of summer temperatures and the pool still isn’t open. The leasing office is rude and not communicating. The complex could at the very least offer passes to community pools near by considering this is a part of the luxury amenities they advertise to get you to sign the lease. Pathetic staffing and pathetic excuses.Replying to peoples online anonymous reviews saying they are not lease holders is also very unprofessional. My name is not listed on here so what exactly are you cross referencing? Not to mention there are piles of trash and small kitchen appliances scattered across the parking lot. Unsightly.
Carl Napier: We had such a great experience with the leasing consultant Jasmine. She was very friendly, efficient and was quick to provide information. With her positive personality, she made us feel relieved during this stressful process of finding a home. Thank you for a great experience!
Bob Crenshaw: Unprofessional, unresponsive, tackyI’ve had multiple issues with the office that haven’t been resolved, but they keep closing my tickets without responding to me in any way.I’m disgusted at the lack of cleanliness and lack of professionalism here
Marcilla Demry: Just toured and applied here, and the location is nice, the property is beautiful, the rates are affordable but most importantly, the people working in the leasing office are so helpful and kind. Gary is great, thank you for making the application process and tour seamless and easy!
Wayne Byarlay: *** 2022 UPDATE: Drove by the place again. Checked out the garbage situation only. Didn't see a giant pile in front of the dumpster but there was still ONE single giant dumpster for the entire complex. still detected a malodorous presence so I stopped to grab some pics. I was not able to get pics of the playground or living area, just the dumpster area. Still a mess mostly. Health hazard. That is all for the 2022 update. See new pics below. ***Lived there for 3 years from 2014 to 2017. It has changed management 3x since then. I will say that it's family friendly and the pool is nice, and it was affordable and pretty safe. However, don't expect high quality. The maintenance staff are friendly and do their best; but maintenance is done at bare minimum. For instance, our fridge had the worst holes in it that actually allowed air to constantly escape it; they replaced it with another, older, smaller fridge that was worse. I asked for a new one, but was denied. I noticed tons of horrible mold in the HVAC distiller, they said it was ok and just replaced the filter. The staff are friendly enough; but realize they are powerless to get the corporation LCOR to do any type of substantial improvements. Maintenance staff are underpaid, overworked, and undermanned. I told the office I did not want recycled tire-style "mulch" in the playground, they put it there anyway. Expect your kids to come away with rubber dust all over their hands (The sun chemically breaks down this rubber to a fine powder over time). Expect no speed bumps to ever be installed, to discourage the 25+ MPH bozos zooming through a PRIVATE PARKING LOT with kids crossing. OH AND THE GARBAGE SITUATION.. Jesus, they have ONE DUMPSTER for FIFTEEN BUILDINGS and people don't seem to know they need to throw their trash in the damn door, or they're too lazy to do so; the button breaks half the time so you end up with a mountain of garbage by the dumpster. We miss our friends there, but there is serious room for improvement. So, all in all... Good location, Low-ish rent; mostly safe; nice pool and grills; most people are friendly; but bad maintenance and the dumpster/garbage problem was serious (At least last year when I lived there.
anna gerratana: I love the location, the staff, everyone is so helpful and kind. It’s a place I called home when I moved from my home country.
Danielle Jones: I normally don't do reviews but felt really compelled to write this one. First I want to say the apartments and community are gorgeous! The neighborhood is what really attracted us to check them out as well. Our leasing consultant Jasmine is the sweetest and super helpful. I love visiting complex with knowledgeable staff and she really knew her stuff! We were completely set on signing a lease but ultimately decided to sign with a community we visited that same day that was more in our budget. Otherwise I would definitely recommend and suggest getting a tour with Jasmine.
Ann D Grace: Good neighborhood...just be extra vigilant with residents not picking up their pet waste please.I leave you the photos of the place.
Asia Law: You hear this all the time, but I mean this will full sincerity - I WISH I could leave higher than a 5-star review!! I have been looking for apartments for ever since I relocated to NC, and I have never received the kind of outstanding and positively-intense service than I have with the folks at the High House leasing office. The application and information process was the smoothest I have ever experienced; I didn't feel like my money was being taken without my questions being answered. I specifically want to give my highest praise to Jasmine and Kristan who helped me today. Jasmine assisted my home-hunting from beginning to end, from the phone call to the office to the in-person tour and application process. She went above and beyond to answer every questions I have in honesty and sincerity, and if she didn't have an answer, she immediately went to find me the resources to get that answer. I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a PERSON, not just a potential "customer". Kristan, the property manager, ended up assisting with my application process and I have never seen someone in apartment management go above and beyond ON THE SPOT to assist someone. Other places will do the "brush you off and get back to you at their convenience" way. Not Kristan and the other wonderful office staff, they seemed to genuinely want to provide a right-now solution and that was incredible. I have never been more excited to move into a development because of the community! High House is definitely worth pursuing, even if it's just to call and get some information!
kristan artis: Beautiful, and well kept company. I love the location and the lake in the middle of the property. Highly recommend!
Nazmul Bhuiyan: This place is perfect for living in Cary. I stayed here little more than 2 months. Office staffs are awesome. Kayla is leasing manager and very helpful. I had couple of issues, but they resolved those very quickly. Everything is in walking distance like H-mart, Mr. tire, daycares etc. Best school district in Cary.
Sajib Dutta: This place is just awesome. Its been a month here, so far we had fabulous experience. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Shannon and Crystal at the office. I have mainly dealt with them, but others are also very good. They helped me to setup all my leasing even when I was not here, just had email communications. They kept the room in a great condition. I just came and moved in 5 mins. The location of this place is a great advantage, everything is very nearby and within walking distance. School district is also excellent. With so many kids playing at play area and tennis court, makes this place a lively one.
Jennifer Sheppard: The location of this community is great! The maintenance staff goes out of their to make sure everything is running smoothly! The front office staff is always very friendly and courteous. It's a very quiet community and a good place to live.
Savannah Myers: Great customer service from the second I walked on the property. Hannah and Shannon are both wonderful leasing agents and have catered to my every need/question without hesitation. I am so excited to move into this community!

Audubon Parc: what do users think?
Danny Washington: I absolutely loved living here. I moved very quickly because of a difficult situation and the staff made my transition into the complex as smooth as possible. They are very LGBTQ+ friendly and as a trans person I felt at home. You want to know my favorite part? I literally saw zero cockroaches the entire time I was there. Maybe a spider or two but whatever— it’s NC and that’s to be expected. But they had valet trash and not a single cockroach! It was beautiful. I have lived at so many places with bug problems so this was a huge relief for me. The complex is quiet, which is impressive for being by such a busy area, and it is in a very convenient location. I am really going to miss living at Audubon Parc!
Anna B: Pool damaged during winter storm in December, never repaired and IS CLOSED AS OF NOW 5/31/2023 🤔🤔🤔
Conor Patrick: From my tour led by Dana to everything Dennis has done to help me and all of the questions he’s graciously answered, it’s been a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to move in.
Aneesah Karim: The leasing agent took me on a well informed tour and let me know of the specials going on. Although I choose not to take advantage of the special, my co applicant and I are still considering applying. The community is super friendly and the unit I toured was very nice and accommodating.
Bryant Whitley: I've lived here for almost 2years. Don't really have much to complain about other than noisy neighbor with a yelling kid occasionally. Maintenance is nice, Office staff is great, everything is close by too. I don't like the valet trash system but that's not a deal breaker for me. Audubon keeps you updated on apartment walkthroughs and stuff happening in the area (emails and letters). Hospital and road traffic nearby can get a bit rowdy sometimes but def easy to block out. Rates are high because it's Cary, so not sure why people complain about the rates. It's a nice area!
Sudheer Hegde: We are here in this community from 2019, Management n Maintenance team is "On time Everytime". We recently had water leak from our water heater and management got it fixed within a day of creating ticket, they kept me updated throughout while fixing it since I was in office. Also other best thing about this community is - it's connected to lake, after office go for walk - stress buster😊, we also have a gym. Walmart, Harris teeter, Whole foods, Primary care, Pediatrician n lot of other stores are within walkable distance. Community also has lot of trees = lot of birds n squirrels to our bird feeder 😄
Catherine Craven: Rent is way too high. Very dangerous entrance to property— witnessed two pretty bad accidents of residents trying to inch their way out onto Kildaire. Have had a couple of maintenance issues, but fixed quite quickly. Currently, water in my washing machine smells really bad – – have a maintenance order in for that. Was not treated very respectfully when I went to the front office with a concern. But, front office staff seems a bit stressed — I’ve been there. I was told this was a non-smoking residence, not true. There are people that smoke in apt.above me – – the smoke comes through my vents. Other than these things, it’s a lovely place to reside for a while.
Jhonelle Guion: I loved touring the property. The manager was very friendly and informative about the community and the surrounding area. The property was also beautiful.
Jennifer Sliva: Dennis was wonderful. He was very thorough, super friendly, and answered every question I had. Wonderful experience and currently at the top of my list.
J.R: Love it here!! Dennis and Regina are the best !! Thank you for all your hard work!! And professionalism!!!
Phillip Barlett: Service is prompt and efficient
Giovanni Lignarolo: Amazing service.Great ambience.Very quiet. People are do friendly. And the maintenance is very well kept. Very quick response!
Meri Nociti: Maintenance staff is very nice and punctual.
Christopher Bembry: WOW. What a pool party!Dennis and Regina really know how to have a party. The food was great, The drinks were awsome, and the Music was the bomb. Dennis and Regina are truly the best property managers ever. With Dennis and Regina as property managers, I will be here another 10 years.
Dana Wheless: Awesome place to call home! The staff here go above and beyond all expectations.Near major highways and shopping. Can't say enough about living here.
Kathy Quimbach: I toured this property, had an appointment and was given the bums rush treatment through the whole tour. Couldn’t of been rushed more barely could ask any questions and very vague information when showing me the apartment. The property is lovely has a lovely setting the apartment I was interested in wasn’t available for viewing which I understood but she didn’t elaborate on what the differences were with what I looked at and what was going to be the unit available for me . Very unprofessional customer service !!!!!!
Am The Man: Friendly staffBut location and quality of apartments suggest that pricing is too high. If the pricing was lower i would jump for it
Kuba Nowak: Moldy apartments with cheap finishes and slow responding maintenance crew, that won't fix most of the issues in proper way. The landscaping around my apartment building wasn't up kept regularly resulting in muddy overgrown lawn and bushes. Avoid! Especially after they raised the price of rent without any significant or meaningful upgrades.
Edward Shearin: It's a great place to live with wonderful people. A lot of good restaurants nearby.
Manuel Coye: The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, but what I'm complaining about is the quickness at which they came back with a negative result on my application, I wanted to be walked through it to make sure that all information would be complete, but that wasn't the case. I was left to my own devices and I might have messed up some entry for my application to be rejected. Nevertheless the complex is very nice apartments are adequate for the unnecessarily bloated rental market here in Raleigh area. These apartments would command at least $890 a month at best and not the price they're asking for of $1218That being said I'm sorry but you guys need to do better
Jordan Mohr: Very hospitable staff and wonderfulLocation to greater Raleigh area!

Arbors at Cary Apartments: what do users think?
William Preijers: Moved out in June of 2022, Still haven’t Received my SECURITY DEPOSIT back from them. It now February of 2023. They have NO reason NOT to give me back my Security Deposit. The Apartment that I lived in is already Rented!
Alexi Majette: We’ve been staying here a year and the area is nice but they really do need better people working in the office & maintenance. My kitchen sink has leaked from the time we moved in until last year until now(can’t tell you how many towels we’ve had to throw away because of it, the roaches are out of this world crazy you can actually see them coming in when you open the front door and the Pest guy only comes once every 4 months, the wall paint is poorly painted and the stains is noticeably bleeding through, the master bedroom closet ceiling has been down since we been here and no matter the amount of requests you put in they won’t budge, maintenance only moves if it’s a light bulb that needs to be fixed or if the air isn’t working (they don’t want those legal problems)! Was told we would be relocated due to apartment renovations and it wasn’t until I called the front office to learn that they weren’t renewing our lease. (So would they have even told me if I hadn’t called?) I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless guy off the street the ONLY reason we moved here was because it was the cheapest we could afford until we started work. Funny thing is a tenant who was moving out when we moved in warned us lol.. Seriously guys RUN !! They make it sound good when they’re talking to you but this place is a dump. Stuff will start to fall apart as soon as people start “living” in the units.. Spend the extra coin and go somewhere else!P.S. Yes I’m still here writing this review y’all need the truth!
James Lanouette: Well, like so many other people here, I'll say that, after leaving a message about seeing and renting an apartment a few days ago, I've heard absolutely nothing back from them. So, are you guys actually trying to rent units?EDIT Ok, so I called a few times the day after you responded to my review, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. Ball's in your court
Jaleen High (Jay): DO NOT RENT HERE! bugs everywhere u turn, front door draft, unfinished rooms, ANTS, BED BUGS, FLEES. a nightmare all together do not rent here pls more problems that actually come with trying to stay here!!!
Stephanie Williams: Been like this since April along with $160 water bill a month for a 2 bdrm.So what's the problem
yousra يسرا: Too old houses.Cockroaches a lotThe worst house you can live inThe humidity is a lot
Wicker Storm: These landlords are negligent as well as lazy. We have gone without toilet facilities and electrical sockets for months now, leaving complaint after complaint. How long should a landlord be expectant that tenants wait for proper plumbing? A month is obviously too long. We have called hud, someone WILL be fixing this issue or there will be legal consequences. Bugs in a toilet that will not flush is unacceptable, so is a $400 water bill due to faulty plumbing.
Mary Edwards: Quiet nobody bothers you.
Christine Bouncer: If the office closes at 5:30pm, per website. Why is their an automated recording with no option to talk with a live person? Thanks to the bad reviews of current and potential residents, I will not be seeking residency at this location either. If answering the phone is that difficult, the face to face is worse. To the "owner" or whoever is responding, please stop thanking people for comments and complaints when you aren't resolving ANY of the problems.
Chatiera Hinton: Worst apartments to live in in Cary. I thought they had so much character but were not kept well at all. I had a leak from my toilet and they never fixed it and my water bill sky rocketed and they never helped me get the situation resolved. I still owe til this day.
Bruce Sandefur: Current resident of 1 month, shower /tub diverter didn't work on day one. It's been almost a month and they still haven't gotten it fixed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Genesis Aburto: This was just terrible customer service,. I can't count the time I tried reaching someone that wasn't their customer service line. This sad because, i was very interested aside from their bad reviews. Now i see why they have all the bad reviews. I never got a call back or anything. I was lucky enough to find another place. This was the worst communication ever!!!!
Jackie Ward: THIS PLACE IS MOLD-INFESTED! They just paint over it. My daughter lived there for two years. When she moved out, her clothes smelled of mold. Her daughter stayed sick. Please have it checked out before you move in.
Ricky: I been living here for three year. Everyone is friendly and very nice . I want to thank everyone
Venom21 Eac: I'm has been with no acc for almost 2 months now I have a plumbing problem I don't have cold water and when you don't have cold water you can't frush the toilet i call today to see what time are they going came I fix it but they said the. They don't work on weekends just Monday to Friday now I so frustrated and mad. I want to move out here. This apartments suck
cindy cervantes: Really bad service when you need it, they just lie and tell you they'll fix whatever management problem you've got and months keep passing by and they do nothing, our AC has been leaking for MONTHS! They keep lying to me how they will fix it, then getting us a new one, 4 months later still haven't fixed it and now the secretary who told me in person I was getting a new AC now tells me there's no more AC's and how she's "sorry" also due to this issue, contractor's came over which did nothing but stole my wallet! And they don't care at all. I am so disappointed on how they treat us!😡🤬🤬🤬
Nancy D: A lot of people complain about roaches. Haven't seen a lot as of having a friend living here for a month. The main issues here are communication between tenants to management to maintenance. These are old apartments. Don't expect anything to be updated unless you get a renovated apartment. They are worn out however have cute and cozy features. The location is phenomenal and you get what you pay for. I advise that you be savvy at general repairs so that you can take care of a leaking toilet or other misc small repairs otherwise you may be waiting a VERY long time to get a repair done. I also advise you submit all requests in writing and get your own copy to hold onto. I also recommend going directly into the office and not calling for any requests. You must be proactive and stay on your requests if they aren't completed in a timely fashion.
Eboni Russell: This is a wonderful place for roaches to live . If you love bugs, mold, unprofessional staff, floors that creak, cold winters , hot musky summers , and people who never take accountability and no nothing about customer service move here . It’s a resort for mice, . While hear I enjoyed the constant black outs , 5 minute showers , me and the roaches had parties and often stayed up to the weee hours hanging outAnd watching tv . The office manager Brandon loves calling the police , instead of addressing tenants and doing his job. The property manager Toni is very great and getting back with 20 years later and makes accommodations to make you feel uncomfortable . Please move here you will have the best experience !
Chris Hickey: Horrific apartments. I had 2 water leaks in a short span because the AC ducts in my upstairs neighbor's apartment leaked. This caused mold that was covered up, after weeks of putting in requests and finally calling the corporate office, by a spray can that says explicitly it's not to be used on mold. I know this because they left a can of it from a previous water leak that caused mold in the bathroom. Maintenance staff is woefully inadequate and under qualified.Roaches were a problem from the moment I moved in back in 2016. I finally bought my own stuff to take care of it because the exterminators they hire to spray don't do anything. Now the roaches are gone, no thanks to the management. I also had to ask to have the door resealed to hopefully cut down on energy costs, but there are other uninsulated and drafty areas.I had an issue that took almost 2 years for them to fix where my and my neighbor's kitchen water would back up into my kitchen and cause floods. This was because my pipes were apparently clogged deep down and the water was going out a pipe on the back of the building straight onto the ground. If the pipe froze in winter, the water would back up into my kitchen sink and the unsealed laundry hookup behind the fridge. The pipe made the back of my unit a cesspool because all the soaps and food waste that went down the kitchen sink, dishwasher, or laundry hookup (my neighbors definitely use theirs) would just spill out onto the ground and fester there. Finally they hired someone to come spray air or high pressure water down the line and it cleared up the issue. I'm not sure if it's because I called the town on them for it, but it was suspiciously close. The outside of the units are always dirty. The units haven't been power-washed in years, except maybe the ones directly on the street so they can show off. The laundry room was and may still be missing a window because someone broke it and broke the card reader inside. These apartments are the epitome of slums and they have the audacity to charge what they do for bad service and almost no amenities. I was told when I moved in they were adding a gym, coffee bar, and maybe a pool down the line. None of this has happened and ever will. The "playgrounds" are laughable and covered in graffiti. They are taking advantage of lower income people and immigrants who won't complain loudly.Even when I moved in they showed their incompetence. The office worker forgot it was my move in day and they hadn't cleaned from the previous tenant. Since that was the only day I had to move in, they had to quickly clean and didn't do nearly a good enough job. I was pulling pins and sewing needles from the previous tenants for months. I had to borrow a large magnet from a friend to get everything up. I still have the old carpets and old shoddy cabinets. The mold in the bathroom was there when I moved in and took over 2 years to get addressed. I started using the app to make requests because I do not trust anyone in the revolving door of an office to actually put in requests.Any positive reviews must be bought ones or people who live in the outer buildings, because this place simply does not care. It's a blight on Cary, and an insult to the working class people who live here. Any responses they've made to poor reviews likely fell on deaf ears and exist only as bare minimum PR. Potential renters: do not trust their model apartments and office staff. They will lie and happily accept your money.
Stephanie Spalin: We moved here last year and even though it's right off of Maynard Rd you don't have a lot of city noise. The staff is crappy and you pull your hair out trying to get things fixed
Calvin Freeman: Do not move here. The place is crawling with roaches. Especially Building 315 on Hastings. The receptionist told me herself. Lived here for a year and couldn’t wait to move out. Save yourself the time, energy and money. Look elsewhere.

AXIS Crossroads: what do users think?
Kelli Bean: Stayed here when visiting family in NC last month and was blown away by how cute the complex is! The clubhouse and pool aera were my favorite part—they were such nice spaces. The manger there, Kaci, was sweet as pie and beyond helpful even though we were only guests visiting my relatives. The actual apartment's themselves are super nice as well. Very updated and my family really likes living there. Would totally consider living there if we ever moved to NC.
Chelsea DeLay: I’m not one to post negative reviews, but the management at Axis Crossroads has been a horrible experience and there are constant issues with the amenities they offer. For the second year in a row they have delayed opening the pool. They just sent an email today (6/13) stating that the pool renovations will take several more weeks and then it still has to pass an inspection. Why was this not taken care of earlier in the year? I will be very surprised if the pool is even open by Fourth of July. The management of the gym has been horrendous as well. Weights have been stolen from the gym and not replaced. One of the machines has been broken for over a year now and has a “repair in progress” sign on it with literally zero progress made to it.They also offer a “package hub” that is connected to the gym. It’s supposed to be opened via code to ensure safety of the residents’ packages. The system never works and the door is consistently propped open, allowing anyone inside. Given that property has been stolen from the gym, this concerns me that packages will also be stolen. The apartments are very noisy (can hear every movement of our upstairs neighbor) and seem to be poorly built. We were recently informed that the exterior stairwells need to be replaced and that precaution needs to be taken when using them. This is a safety hazard and unacceptable for the residents.Overall I am very disappointed in the management, especially given the price we pay.
Ala H: Stoped in to check out apartments for rent. Lady was rude, unhelpful, and we left. This place is overpriced for what it is
Emily Lohr: If you are looking for an apartment in the Cary area that checks all the boxes. this is the property! It has the cutest greenery spaces, a spacious gym, and the most friendly staff. PLUS, there is shopping and food within minutes of you. Shout out to Nubia, Kasey, and Kaci for being so welcoming!
Jessica Reeves: My boyfriend and I are moving in July and Nubia has been an amazing help to us. We scheduled (very last minute) a tour this past March and Nubia happily gave us one with all of the information we needed. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. We are very excited to move into Axis in the next few months!
Malik Dockery: Customer Service, Communication, & professionalism has been top notch! The entire leasing staff has been friendly and kind. Its a beautiful complex. I want to give a special shout out to Kacey Growney her customer service has been phenomenal!!
Becca: I like it here, but 2 years in a row they have started pool renovations right before summer causing the pool to open really late. I wish they would time it better and renovate when its cold outside. My kitchen drawers are stapled together so the bottom fell out of multiple drawers and I have had to repair them myself. I do think the new property management company wants to make the community better. I am happy but not as happy as I have been at other communities. My apartment is spacious and I love the upgrades in my unit so that is a plus!
alex yang: The property manager Stacy is great at communicating and resolving issues. I had a duplicate charge on my account so I went and talked to Stacy from the leasing office. She explained with clarity why it happened and resolved the duplicate charge immediately. I've lived at a few apartment complexes and dealt with many property managers and she is the best one BY FAR!!
Savinna Mangalindan: November 2022:Changing my review because the new management has made it SO much better. Once they were more settled in, the upkeep of the property has improved, they started doing resident events which was nice, and you can just tell that they actually try doing their jobs and giving residents a good overall experience.---August 2022:The unit is nice and appliances were new, but it was the ABSOLUTE WORST application and move-in experience I've had!! It makes me wonder how the rest of our lease will go. It took a month to get approved for god knows what reason and we only knew of any next steps when I would reach out because we haven't heard from them in a week, despite us doing all the next steps literally immediately because we just wanted to secure a lease. It was EXTREMELY stressful. On move-in day, my roommate came prepared (or so she thought) until they told her they can't let her move in because we "haven't signed the lease" and they "usually send a few reminders days in advance" -- what a joke!!! we only got the ONE email about signing the lease like 3 HOURS before the move-in time!Very ridiculous experience especially for how much you have to pay to apply and a good chunk of it is "admin fees." Where does that even go lol
Meyosha Love: Terrible management.
Scott Owens: I had originally intended to post this review while under the ownership of Lincoln Properties, but it has recently changes hands to Bainbridge, so I will give them a fair assessment, but only a score of 3 stars because it's too soon to make a fair opinion. Kaci and her team have made strides to begin assessing and adressing the horrible conditions left by the previous mansger, Nicole. While I have decided not to renew my lease due, again, to previous management, this new team does seem to have the heart to correct the wrongdoings by Lincoln. I wish them the best.As for the previous management? Things I trust more than ever renting from Lincoln Properties, or that waste of air named Nicole…Casey Anthony as a babysitter.O.J. Simpson alone with my spouse.Dahmers meat and deli.If it says Lincoln, in my opinion, run as fast as you can. This review is my opinion, and unsolicited.
Stephen Potts: Please note this property has new ownership. Reviews from August and back do not reflect this new ownership group. The Bainbridge staff and initiative have been outstanding. They hit the ground running and have found the issues many residents here have known about from the terrible ownership of Lincoln Property Group. They have a vision to drive towards to restore standards to this community. Moving here turned out to be the worst best decision I've made in apartments. Bainbridge being the best side of that coin. The staff don't BS you, either they know the answer or they get you the answer. Bainbridge also has a few unique offerings as company standards which make sense. They also demonstrate Bainbridge doesn't want to copy and paste the industry but lead it to better pastures. I only wish I had considered Bainbridge Residential sooner. Kacey, Stacey, and Kristy have been excellent.
Silvia Sanchez: If this place wasn’t good when I moved in two years ago, now that owners has changed its even worse. We’ve had trash service twice this week and they threaten their residents (who by the way pay a lot) to charge them $25 if they leave trash outside. I imagine that if we will be charged for leaving trash outside, we are not getting charged this month for not having trash service at all right? The worst.
Billiam Wallace: When I first moved into my apartment there were many things wrong including the stove top burners, leaky ice make, outlets not working, fans not working etc. ANYWAY, now I receive threatening emails from the new management stating fines will come if I continue to leave my nasty trash can (that I received when I signed my lease) outside on nights they all of a sudden aren't collecting trash. You pay for services and amenities that don't work or do not exist. They don't want you leaving trashcans outside once the trash is collected, but is fine with leaving piles of loose litter around the property for MONTHS.Don't even get me started on how long it took for management to open the pool this summer... This place is a joke.
Logan Cox: Aside from armed carjackers that target this community, any potential residents may also want to be aware that you will most definitely be charged fees for “services” or falsely advertised amenities that are hardly ever reciprocated or even rendered.
Jade Brown: They don’t put you in apartment with amenities that you are supposed to have and that you are paying for and then won’t reduce your rent either. So unprofessional and then without they got rid of the resident portal making it very inconvenient to pay rent or put in maintenance requests l.
Shougang Yuan: This is the worset apartment that I have ever seen. I signed the lease two months before move-in, and after we signed the lease, the leasing office never answer our call when we have questions. After we move in, almost everything in the apartment doesnt' work. The toilet is leaking water, the dishwasher and dryer does not work at all, the washers is extremely dirty internally. I have attached the photes for reference. For dryer, the heat system is totally shut down, and can not dry the clothes, we tried 50 mins timing dry multiple times, and the clothes are still wet. The dish-washer is also dirty inside, and does not work. After each run of the dish washer, the dish is still dirty, and the powerball is still in the dish-washer. I have attached two photes here about the dish washer. And the maintanence team visited multiple times, can not fix it, and even claim our powerball is the root cause. Then we use three different types of dish-washer pods to try with the machine, eventaully all get the same results. The more annoying thing is, the mainenance team is rude and not responsive. We report the problems a lot of times, and even two week after we move-in, the problems of dryer and dish-washer has not been resolved, and we can not use the dish-washer and dryer at all. We report again and again, everytime they just send someone to our apartment, stay for a few mins, and then left and close our request.Reporting problems to the leasing office is a waste of time. They can not help us anything.
Will P: AVOID!!!The management team had nice attitude but that’s all you could expect. The maintenance team is good at “closing”requests but not “resolving” them. They can fix minor issues only, and claim your appliance is functioning tho it apparently doesn’t…
Anna Howard: We were looking for a short term rental through the insurance company due to a catastrophe at our house which we explained the first thing when we walked in the door. Three days later, after $325 in administrative fees and rental application fees, they are keeping our money and NOW say they won't work with any kind of insurance or title 8 rental help. Staff is reasonably friendly but not knowedgable about any special situation. And they're keeping my $325.
Ebony: Do not be fooled by the webpage and exterior pictures. The actual units are very poorly maintained. We moved into a unit without working air conditioner, and they said they'd fix in the first month. However, they never fixed it, and we eventually cancelled our lease. In the time we were there, we dealt with moldy windows, filthy ventilation systems and roaches. Definitely over priced based on quality and service.
Chirag P: The worst management team you will ever see. We submitted documents and everything 2 weeks in advance and they couldn’t process our application within that time. The resident manager hadn’t even looked at our documents. We kept calling with no answer, no callback, and just utter lack of communication. The manager is just incompetent. We did half of their work, even called their processing agency which hadn’t received any documents from these guys for 2 weeks. They still took away our processing fees for who knows what. Absolutely negligent and lazy management staff. We were about to become homeless if we hadn’t applied at other community. The other community processed our application in 2 days. I highly recommend to reconsider if you plan to move in here.

Woodlyn on the Green Apartment Homes: what do users think?
J perception: Do not move in to this place specially 107 building because they're infesting with roaches, Also their are crack at the fire place that they supposedly fix by the maintenance team but nothi g get untill the lease over and dry machines take 4 months to come fix it after email them many time we dry in the neighbor unit its a mass .So they just tend to wander around they find excuse. We Called our apartment manage but nothing get done.I suggested that you just pay liltle bit more money and have better nicer place than this nasty place. Please noted.
Damien Small: While I originally rated this complex a 5 stars months ago, I have since changed my mind. There are many issues with communication with tenants and getting issues resolved in a timely manner that cause a lot of frustration. However, I will say it is in a very convenient location and has great value for the price.
Olay Souvanthong: My first apartment here at Woodlyn. Moved in June of 2022 and it was great. Maintenance team was on it other than the heavy damage on the fireplace that never got serviced since day one of my apartment walk through inspection.Halfway through my year lease came the roaches. Now I'm a particularly clean person where I am somewhat germaphobic. So I'm glad that pest control said that it started from the ground floor units. I had a HEAVY infestation and I sent multiple emails while it was a light-moderate infestation through their Resident Portal. Seems like no one cares to ever look there until I called in to have it taken care of four weeks later. I asked everyone in my building if they had any roach problems and if anyone received any help. EVERYONE called in their pest complaint with no one following through. I was told that pest control would come to my unit once a week until the pest issues was resolved... They only came ONCE for the initial spray down. Pest control needs to fumigate and spray that entire building before allowing anyone else to move in or renew. I would place 2-3 sticky trap out every three days for three months since it was ALWAYS FULL of adult and newborn roaches.I have even given my two months notice of vacating through Resident Portal and received an email a month later stating that I haven't given any notice of renewing or vacating.Neighbors around my building would constantly leave trash out on the stairways or on the parking lot. Dog owners are negligent about picking up after their dogs at the dog park - I picked clean the entire dog park to set an example, but the day that I did that, the waste bin was missing so I left it where the bin would normally be so everyone could see and follow suit of cleaning after their dogs. It was going great and everyone was following until one owner decided to be lazy and then once again, the domino effect took place towards the unfavorable direction. But other than that, GREAT location! Close to plenty of stores, restaurants, gas stations, and the highway. Never had trouble finding parking in front of my building. Neighbors were quiet during late hours. Maintenance was quick to respond to my other issues. And front office team could do better by checking Resident Portal emails rather than direct personal work emails.
Tammy Ann: I looked at these apartments at least a month prior. I had a family emergency and everything was put on hold. I reached out about an apartment I was interested in, asked a few questions and was sent the invite to start the process. I filled out all the information got all my pertinent paperwork in like my pay stubs and bank statements, renters insurance etc. Was approved same day. Paid all my fees deposit, hold fee, and remaining rent that would be due for the month. They also use a company that breaks down your deposit upon approval by the company. It is very helpful if you do not want to or unable to come up with the full deposit. Resha was amazing, she answered any and all questions I had and accommodated my crazy schedule to get all my ducts in a row to move in on time. It was a very smooth and easy process. Resha is great. She's helpful has a great personality and demeanor about herself. I just moved in and still getting things together, but I'm happy about my decision to call Woodlyn on the Greens home. I worked with Resha in particular, but everyone in the office has been cordial and friendly. Overall a great experience. I added a few photos to see the inside.
Chris Fahnestock: Location is great, but the office has the worst case of 'not my problem' I've ever seen. Appliances stop working and no one from maintenance responds to work requests (going on a full week without working appliances now). The office gives you a run around about everything unless it involves you giving them money. There's more that I could list so just save your time and money and look elsewhere.
Syed Hassan: Absolute rip offs! They lied me about my internet / cable! It's literally unusable I'm having to get a new connection and also pay the leasing office $80 / month for nothing! The leasing office and maintenance is slow and they don't care about you, the apartment was never ready when we moved it was so dirty we had to hire professional cleaners which should have been done by the leasing office, they will lure you by talking nice and showing you good units but as soon as you sign the lease you're just another unit to them. Also if you like to live here feel free, this is the condition they keep the apartment building it has never been cleaned even after complaining multiple times to the leasing office.
Dave Laudeman: The wifi pw I was given was wrong. I was given an address to pick up my TV boxes and that address was no longer in use. So I had to find another one on my own.
Chantele Epps: If I could rate this community a zero, I would without hesitation. When I initially moved into the Woodlyn community, it was decent at best. My apartment needed additional maintenance, however, I knew it would take even more work than they wanted to provide. Honestly, the issues should have been fixed prior to my move in. There were always issues with neighbors not properly disposing of trash and/or picking up behind pets. There were days where we’d have to walk over trash to access our home. I’ve even had an incident where trash was thrown in front of my door intentionally. Unfortunately, I’ve complained several times, yet no true consequences followed. Only memos were put on doors instead of properly investigating. Additionally, the pest control was not up-kept either. Many of the apartments are eye sores with broken blinds and trash thrown about. We’ve had countless incidents of roaches, spiders and other insects that we had to exterminate ourselves. The management team has also changed throughout my stay. I never felt like my concerns were addressed properly. These residents continue to destroy this community because they know the leasing team will not put in the effort to action concerns. I would not recommend this community, especially to those raising children. This has been the WORST leasing experience I’ve ever encountered.
Ally D. Southstar: DO NOT MOVE HERE!! After 3 years and regular rent increases, we found the property is not worth the rates they charge. The office staff is not helpful at all, indifferent and inconsiderate. The trash cans are always overflowing and stink. There was a sewage leak by the tennis courts and instead of having the health hazard cleaned properly, they just left it, toilet paper and all. The dog park is not maintained properly. The landscaping is barley touched. The pools are only open 4 months and the grills don't work. The gyms are not cleaned regularly. All this on top of not making repairs to units or amenities in a timely fashion. What they show on the website is not what you actually get. They spent thousands on upgrading their front office, but cannot spend funds making sure the units & amenities you pay for are maintained. Im not sure whats worse the building quality or the staff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Comedian PamelaChanel: While the parking lot project is going on can we get our apartment numbers on the parking so we can have guaranteed parking since paying $1800 plus? Why should we continue to be left without parking when individuals are moving four and five peoplein with cars Other complexate parkingin our complex. I struggle constantly for parking! And I have spoken with management several times.
Savannah Novotny: If I could give this place zero stars I would. The roaches infest the building during summer. Very broke and run down buildings, the rent is way overpriced. I’ve had multiple water leaks in my apartment. Not to mention when I was in the hospital for a couple days and they towed my car out of the parking lot and charged me for it. And no they don’t give out parking passes. Their communication is terrible and they don’t care about their renters. My advice to you is to rent somewhere else
Sequoia Dozier: Did not have a working fireplace upon moving in, took them 5 months to fix, along with having a high electric bill due to lack of working fireplace.. poor communication. Still no resolution
Donald Sutton: Overall it's been great!I've read the reviews and so far not too much to complain about...I do have an issue with the dogs in the building! My sunroom smells like it's a pack of dogs living in there!! I've told management about this and the problem hasn't been resolved.
Christopher Ruiz: Great pricing, amenities, and location. Can't ask for more in a home
Harley R.: Honest review: great location, nice staff but... My unit was old, noisy, drafty and in general not great shape. Little things, but lots of them: misaligned doors, mismatched paint and wall textures, Old, warped bathtub. Mouse and roach issues, The "sunroom" is not climate controlled, Only 1, mandatory mediocre internet option. Trees liked to fall down. A lot. Worst part: Almost $300 rent raise after my first year... I can't say don't rent here but I will say this: don't sign a lease without seeing your EXACT apartment first. Make sure it's a place you would be okay with possibly paying a lot more for down the road. I did not do that.
Kenny Bacdayan: The Leasing staff makes a lot of mistakes that affects the residents. Living here has been a consistent challenge. Cockroaches everywhere!
Shaon W: The unit I moved into was dusty & dirty. The only thing it looks like was done was new carpet. Walls were extremely nasty. I even asked for touch up paint so I can do it myself. A whole month later, still waiting!
Nicki Elliott: Lived here for 1 year in 2022. The outside of the building was infested with thick cobwebs and bugs along the outside windows. Called the office several times and they said Maintenance was going to come and power wash the cobwebs but they never once did in the 1 year I was there. The buildings and grounds are dirty with roaches, cobwebs and trash with no upkeep. Cockroaches were a regular sighting inside our apartment. Called maintenance because we paid for a “pest control fee” and no one ever came to “spray.” The police were also a regular sighting late at night around the complex. Car robberies and apartments broken into. Complaints and maintenance requests were ignored.
Sarah Feeney: I've lived here for a year now and have had mostly minimal issues. Maintenance is always at my door within a couple of days of any requests I've submitted. The Greenway Trail walking distance from most of the apartment buildings is a huge plus!! I had zero issues when I moved in last year and most of the staff is very friendly. And I LOVE my 1 bedroom floorplan (open layout, the sun room is AWESOME). Why I rated 4 stars and not 5: Because the buildings are not insulated well and not very renovated, bugs easily get in, ESPECIALLY the summer time (being in the south this isn't too shocking). The property isn't very clean and certainly not that presentable; the tenants on the property clearly at cause of this, as the gym and pool area are almost always unkept with things broken. Overall, I've loved living here, but the rental rates make the cons worth it.
camryn baune: My boyfriend and I moved here in November, our very first apartment together and I can not thank the office staff for being so friendly and making this process so easy for us! We have truly enjoyed living here so far. We have had a few small maintenance issues but the maintenance staff was very fast to coming and fixing it for us! Recently we had an issue with our AC not turning on and a wonderful staff member was there within hours to fix it and even replaced our air filter for us without us even asking! We really enjoy living here!!
Crystal Trotter: If there is any advice I would give anyone thinking of moving here is do not. The apartments are older and the buildings have not been very well maintained. There are endless bugs especially water bugs. There are also rats and mice in the buildings. The neighbors above me had to move due to a mice infestation. The model apartment looks very nice but the actual apartments are nothing like that. They did upgrade appliances and fixtures so they get a star for that but that was about it as for their “renovations”. The windows are old and dirty with bugs and debris everywhere. Again do not move here.
