Sabrina Avent: The cost of living keeps going rising and the rate for a one bedroom apartment is at least $1100 or more in the area. I just need a place to lay my head and feel safe so I’m not too worried about having a so called luxury apartment.The pros:-Cheaper rent-Minutes from the train station, library, super markets bars, and restaurants-Less traffic congestion getting to & out of the property-Washer & Dryer in each buildingThe cons:-Much older units-Town of Cary has shut off the water throughout the property several times for repairs-No washer & dryer in each apartment (unless its a townhouse or select 2 bedroom apartments)-LeaksA few weeks after I moved in, I had the pleasure of having a mini waterfall cascade from my bathroom wall due to a pipe that had burst at 4am. It took nearly 2 hrs for maintenance to get to my apartment and I had to call the “emergency” number twice. I complained to the leasing office the next day about the leak and especially how long I had to wait for someone to show up. Basically the response I received was “ these things happen unfortunately with apartments and that’s what your renter’s insurance is for”. The manager said she could let me out of my lease but of course most of my money was tied into move in fees and movers. I was offered a credit toward electricity used by the floor restoration contractors. The leasing office and maintenance do they best they can with what they have but these apartments are run down. I’m not sure of the conditions of the townhomes upfront but the whole property need to be torn to the ground in my opinion. I know there are a good amount of families living here for the affordable rent so that is why Noble Properties still have business.

Judith Okamoto: Location, location and price! These are older units so you will experience uneven flooring and old, patched popcorn ceiling but they have done their best to upgrade the interiors. The grounds are well maintained. It is an easy walk to a lovely greenway. My favorite part is the children who have made friends with each other and hang out at the playground. I live in a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The upstairs closet space is amazing. I know home owners who drool over those closets. Laura in the office is a wonderful resource and looks out for me like a momma hen. Clarence in maintenance will come over immediately to address concerns. No luxury here, just a safe-feeling place to call home.

Slidin1 NC: I lived at Chatham Forest for 8 years until I bought my Home. I have always enjoyed stopping by the office and chatting with the staff. I missed the pool a little at first, but then the court yard was complete. I was able to continue to layout and tan. Also they have a game table and gas grill. I will miss the courtyard and all the staff at Chatham. I would recommend Chatham to my friends.

Libia Milhouse: I have lived here for a year and I have no complaints. The staff in the office are nice and super helpful. Maintenance is quick and thorough. It is quiet and I especially enjoy the games in the courtyard and the dog park :) Overall just a great community.

jon jones: Cary needs to bulldoze the buildings down and turn the lot into a park. Outdated units. Ac freezes up all the time, management said it's summer, it'll happen. Neighbors shower/toilet leaks down from above into our unit, which has mold. My German is getting better since we have German roaches, or as management calls the, waterbugs. There is no pool as advertised, 1 ceiling fan is the only redeeming quality in our unit,

The Cult: This is the worst apartment my company has ever rented. There are roaches everywhere. Only one of the 2 bathrooms is functional. The a/c only works half the time. The upstairs toilet leaks into our bathroom and the ceiling is full of black mold. All this has been conveyed to management and they have done nothing about it. The maintenance seems to be overwhelmed. He has tried to fix the a/c but it is an old unit the is terrible condition anything short of replacement is futile. If I could give this apartment -5 stars I would.

Gary Slates: I live there now and I find I difficult to get my apartment warm. I have supplemental heaters in the apartment and we still feel the cold. The price is good for Cary. The neighborhood is safe. I am looking for a different place to stay.

Raul Gonzalez: This is the worst place that I ever had to live in. The landlord does not believe in respecting your privacy. If you have children and the landlord comes in to inspect and your house is messy, you will get a warning letter to clean, God forbid you have to call the cops for a dispute, you will immediately get a warning. And although it doesn't sound bad, because it looks like they are taking care of the apartment complex, we feel that is too much intrusion into your personal space and they should be concern about vandalism, not my personal space. But at the same time, the landlord keep the apartment in bad conditions, dirty landscape, spider nets everywhere, in other words a pig sty. Neighborhood is in my opinion the Cary Ghetto. Will not recommend this place to no one. I am listing pictures, the real ones in Facebook and Google, not marketing, misleading pictures.

This has been very frustrating and if this is how its going to be then they are definitely gonna loose out on customers.

connor johnson: The Lantower group has made it impossible to resolve issues with the office staff, due to reducing operating hours and an automated phone system to an offsite call center that is unable to offer any sort of problem solving.

Stefan Oakes: Just moved in a month ago it was smooth and the ladies on the desk Shannon and Cassie was super helpful with all the questions i asked and made everything clear :)Any issues i have or questions they are either there to help or a call or email away and the response time was Super quick ...Also i like the app and all the notifications they have about for example the Parking lot being Redone or the lines in under ground parking the messages are clear and what dates they are being done ...Great job

Matti Vanninen: The location and apartment were pretty good. I liked the path and nature there. They had some hygiene problems in the common areas but these eventually improved. The pool was nice, although more often than not closed for repairs. The major problem with this place is the management. It's corporate apartments, so quite expensive, and maddening with the nickel and diming (fees on top of fees). So overall, a pretty poor value for the expense. That might still be alright except that the desk staff, which churned quite quickly, was at best indifferent and incompetent but mostly outright rude and hostile. So, while I enjoyed the apartment itself, I would advise against living here or most likely any other property these folks run.

Tan W: Lantower Garrison Park is an outstanding community with management and staff who prides taking care of our property, keeping tenants informed, and providing superb customer service. I’ve lived here at this property since Summer of 2021, and they’ve never disappointed me. Sasha or leasing agent is always professional, welcoming, and a quick problem solver. Sasha goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist myself and other tenants. There’s nothing that I ask and don’t get an answer too. Sasha is the best. Our property manager Anthony is outstanding, welcoming, with impeccable leadership and customer service skills. Anthony is present and welcomes our concerns, and provides us with a solution. He listens attentively to our concerns. We could not have asked for better management and staff. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Anthony Balsamo: NO SECURITY. Last week 3 cars were stolen and it’s an ongoing issue here. They leave the garage doors open all day long even though they’re meant to be locked and have no cameras inside. Stay far away. Place has went downhill

Justin Baldwin: I want to give a big thank you to Shannon who is the resident manager, since I’ve been living here for 3 years I haven’t had one issue until recently. She was very helpful and alleviated my concerns. The apartments are beautiful and spacious but what is also just as important is having a good staff to run them, which in this case Shannon is the best and a strong asset to Lantower Weston corners.

Maya Kearney: 100% do not recommend. I am a current resident here and i can say absolutely that they do not care about residents at all and are only about a dollar. There is no security or no cameras so your car can freely be hit with no repercussions . If you are looking for a staff that cares and will address your issues this is not the place for you.

Mia Nathan: The location is great but the management is very bad! I lost 5 packages in last 3 months and I did not complaint for the last 4 packages but when I lost my last package, I went to them and requested to check for the cameras, as the package was placed right below the camera. They said they will look into it and would escalate this but they stopped responding to my emails. And now they charged me additional $323 for this month rent without telling me anything about it, and even though I have my lease until end of October.

Makiydah Pulley: Hello Everyone,Although these apartments are very nice we just have to say we haven’t even got our foot in the door yet, and Management has already given us the run around. We’ve called for the passed four days and did not get a call back regard our questions. They are losing out out on customers that are interested. To know that we weren’t tenants yet lets us know that, the same behavior would have happened if we were tenants. I bet they will respond fast as hell to this review though to clean it up…… but that’s that.

anugya ghimire: This rating is based solely on Customer Service. After looking into the website and being intrested as a potential resident we schedule a video tour. However nobody gave us a call/email or any information for canceling scheduled video call. Not once but thrice. Everytime we call them, we are given the video tour scheduled is confirmed and we shall receive call soon. We haven’t received calls so far for any of the scheduled calls nor any emails/call in regard of cancellation.

Anastasia Beeverhausen: The only thing good about this property is the location and the rent. The leasing office and security is very disappointing. There are no security cameras in the parking lot and the storage room, and I have heard stories of people losing their valuable items from the storage room. The leasing office officials are incompetent and they don’t have neither the ability nor the professionalism to handle resident issues. I am very disappointed and I wish that the leasing office reaches out to their residents and ask what issues they are facing. Very disappointing. I would not recommend living here.I wish I could give no stars, but I am only giving one star because of the location

Nefertari Ali: If I could leave 0 stars I would.. This is the absolute nastiest apartment I’ve ever lived in! Every single day in my apartment their are huge silverfish bugs and gigantic water bugs … EVERY SINGLE DAY! Who wants to wake up to that every single morning? I have complained multiple times and nothing have been done! I absolutely hate bugs, but I know every single day there will be one at some point! They are everywhere, on the counters, walls and ceilings! Absolutely disgusting!! I’ve never had this problem at any of my previous apartments. For this place to be so expensive I would not expect to have SOOOO much pest!!! I absolutely regret moving here.

Kristen Sears: The apartment themselves are really nice but management is terrible. I had a rental car that I had gotten unexpectedly on a Sunday and the office was closed so I couldn’t get a parking pass. I was going first thing in the AM to get one when they opened. There are about three or four visitor spots for the whole complex and those were normally full. I parked near my apartment and an hour later come out to find the vehicle had been towed. I have no family in the area and had to call an Uber to get my vehicle. Tried to discuss the issue with Melissa the community manager and she replied once then ignored the remaining phone calls and emails when I tried to contact her. I moved as soon as my lease was up. So while the complex seems nice I would not recommend for this reason.

Adil Hussain: Lantower? More like Lan”TOW”ers, as in, THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR!!! And not just illegally parked or unmarked vehicles, they have towed their own tenants’ cars on multiple occasions without reason or warning or informing them. (It’s true. Check the other reviews.) One day, you show up to where your car is supposed to be, and boom, it’s not there. You think it’s stolen and consider calling the police, but then learn it was just impounded by the towing company your apartment complex is contracted to do business with because they love towing so much. That company will hold your car and increase what you owe them daily until you remove it from their lot.We already overpay Lantower every month to live here. They raised our rent by $250 from one year to the next. We’ve lived here for over 3 years and every few months there's new staff devising new schemes to squeeze more money out of residents rather than making us feel welcome in our own homes. Lightbulbs out? Buy your own. Want your packages? Pay a third party delivery company. Need storage? More money. Good riddance. Do not live here. They will not care about you, only your money.*Replying--There was NOTHING wrong with where I was parked. I know because I was parked there with the sticker on display for over 2 years. Did you even check on my case or just assume I was in the wrong? Thanks for being a robot in your response and proving my point.

harsha vardhan: Been living in this community for 6 months now. Love the amenities it offers and the leasing office has one of the most helpful and meticulous pearsons in the industry- Anthony Thaxtob who helped me with my move in and all the challenges that came along with it. The leasing office crew with Cassie and Melissa are always there to help the members out and service requests are quickly/seamlessly resolved. Would recommend this community to anyone in this area.

James Barlock: I have lived at Lantower Westin Corners in Cary for approximately 2 years and my experience here has been very good. The grounds seem to be always clean and well cared for, everyone on the staff from management to the leasing and maintenance are constantly helpful, hard working and professional. Forme it’s a great community to live in.
