Anew Genre: Don't bother leasing here. I'm a current tenant of 4 years and it has gotten worse each year. They are slow to follow up on issues. Bully for expire plates(they should mind their business). Have poor to no communication. Seem to lack awareness of what townhouse needs maintenance. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Veerendra Nayak: This apartment is excellent! Before signing the lease itself they make you understand that they do not bother about the tenant's problems. We had scheduled an appointment and had gotten a confirmation from their end. But, when we went to the location, there was nobody. The leasing office was closed. The contact number was of no use. Immediately I dropped an email to them and didn't receive any response for many days.After a couple of weeks, I got an email stating, "Were you able to connect with one of our leasing agents? Do you have any questions? Is there any additional information that would be helpful?" which means they do not even have a proper record of if they have shown me the apartment or not.Luckily we got to know about their ignorance before signing the lease.(To the owner: If you are responding to this comment, please do not write a reply stating, "apologies, please contact XYZ number and we are happy to help." I have seen many such responses here already, and I am not interested in it).

amy slike: I just moved in a week ago and I can honestly say so far it’s amazing very quiet and peaceful. Management and maintenance walked thru with me before getting my keys to point out things that they needed to repair after I got settled I mean honestly in my opinion very minor things things that would not effect my day to day living. I would and have recommended to several people I know looking to move keep up the good work.My experience thus far has been amazing staff is great about responses to emails and goes above and beyond to help when needed. John Thomas: Do you want to live in 95 degree NC weather and not have air conditioning? What about no heat in December? LOOK NO FURTHER! This is the place for you! Absolutely a joke of an apartment complex. Air conditioning has been rigged/“fixed” 3 times in 3 weeks and is still broken. Love living in the slums and in an 82 degree home, thanks boundary village!

Aaliyah Johnson: The worst apartment complex ever. All of my windows downstairs are nailed shut in my home and the one they unscrewed fell out. They have yet to do anything. I have contacted the leasing office via email and phone call no one responds. I have went up there with hopes of a resolution they aren't trying to help. The service request has been in for over a month and a half now and still no help. Do not move here!

M Spann: I would give 0 stars if possible. As soon as we were moved in getting in touch with anyone in the office became a nearly impossible chore. It took 4 months and calling the corporate office to get my dryer fixed. They like to tell you that they're understaffed and the townhouses are old, hardly an excuse for waiting that long for a 20 minute repair. Unfortunately lease is another 5 months and my washing machine has broken. And the one helpful individual at the corporate office no longer works there. I can't begin to express my irritation at the managemnt for being this incompetent.I would say feel free to call me to discuss this further, but you all don't seem to know how a telephone works.

The staff members are very friendly every time I enter the office or call them I find someone to help and answer my questions. The community is also very clean all year around. Sinsinatra Rosario: Would give it a zero star if allowed. Apartment staff put penalty on my parking spot even though we never used anything but marked spaces and many times our neighbors used the other spaces wrongly. There should be some monitoring system to book the culprits not just randomly put fines on residents randomly. Can't wait to leave.

Becca: BEWARE! THESE TOWNHOMES ARE MOLD INFESTED! THEY ARE NOT SAFE! Stove has been broken since I moved in and after multiple attempts they still haven’t fixed it but said they’d replace it with another old 1980s style stove (but didn’t follow through). When they came to fix it they left my stove on for over 12 hours. Don’t move here. One of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. This place is a disaster.

Amy Foulk: I currently live here and have lived here 3 months - I have been quick to realize that management doesn’t return phone calls and apparently never answer the phone either! The pool opened super late this year (according to tenants I’ve talked to) and when I went to talk to management about it Meghan wasn’t even in the office in fact the last three times I’ve went in to talk to Meghan about issues she’s not been there I am greeted with a really sweet lady who can never answer any of my questions - so why is she even filling in if she knows nothing about anything to do with the facility?? And where is the manager I’m supposed to be taking to? Why is she not there when I try to contact the office or stop by the office? She’s the manager she’s supposed to be here more than anyone else...I also love the way they propped up the mailbox someone knocked over it looks real appealing and I get to stare at it out of my bedroom and front room windows thanks for the eye sore and also for not caring about what’s going on with your tenants - oh and don’t put a message on here saying we are sorry please call this number so we may resolve the issue I’ve called all the numbers for this property I could possibly find and everyone of them sent me to your voicemail which you refuse to return calls from...

T K: Nice quiet neighborhood and the location is great! Within walking distance from downtown cary and only 10 minute drive to morrisville, Park Village eating, entertainment, and shopping! The only thing is the prices go up every year with nothing to show for it. One pool, small park for kids and a small dog park. No car wash station, No gym, No clubhouse, Ive lived there for about 4 1/2 years never seen a roach, rat, nor mice but i must say its clean, landing scaping is done twice a week to keep everything looking nice and neat I just wish they had more far as amenities. With rates going up about 40-50 bucks a year as community we need more. In all its a nice neighborhood may hear the train and a plane from time to time but other than that its quiet and clean.

Claire Ferri: Really disappointing experience with this agency...The only reason it would deserve 1 star is the location - very close to downtown Cary and right on the greenway. However, the staff is unprofessional at best and the older townhomes are in drastic need of updates. This property is split into a newer side and an older side. My roommate and I were shown a unit from the older side...carpet was very old and the entire unit smelled like a litter box. I was shocked that they would feel this is appropriate to show to prospective renters but I ignored the red flag and tried to pursue a newer unit. My roommate and I were told that we would be contacted as soon as a walk-through was completed of a new unit so that we could be made aware of availability and condition. However, that was 3 weeks ago...I have emailed and called asking to follow up and have received radio silence. It is incredibly disappointing that management would choose to conduct themselves this way, and its a shame that this property is not taken better care of. It could be a real gem, but instead it is mis-managed and poorly cared for. I will never look back. I am so thankful I got suspicious after the first email to Meghan went unanswered and I came on here to look at reviews - trust them, they speak truth!

Since kim new managment is unprofessional has no clue what is going on cant return phone calls or emails but they sure can send you a bill. CLOWNS is what you are and these places should be torn down to make more room for the school ya, enjoy your 1 star reveiw. Google 2019 introduce 0 star button you earned it.

Evans: Was Awesome at first, very old fixtures, appliances, and light colored wall to wall carpet in apartments they advertise to families with kids arent too big of an issue but the rent being raised from 1250 to almost 1700 in just 2 years is really rediculous and frustrating when they neglect updates for current tenants instead they update the apartments after people move out so they can charge more for everyones rent by presenting the new and improved facade. Considering its no secret this place has a serious roach problem especially with the older units that weren't updated they should take care of their loyal tenants first and not keep jacking up their rent and they wouldnt have such a high turnover. Location is excellent, the outdoors of the property itself is mostly excellent as well except the playground (spiders and wasps) and management used to be excellent when Ms. Kim was there.

Kori Mo: ROACH INFESTED! DO NOT MOVE HERE! This complex and property management company are liars and thieves! The unit they are attempting to rent is infested with living roaches everywhere (there are videos and pictures !) They have not brought the unit up to code and refused to allow us to see the unit until the move in date, which they changed several times. The assistant manager Meagan and the property manager Thomas have lied consistently and their customer service skills are piss poor at best. By law and according to their lease we have 3 business days to terminate the lease in writing, which we did on the next day when we discovered the unit was unfit to live (black mold, mildewed and dry rotted sinks were cover with contact paper to disguise) and there are ROACHES everywhere! We submitted the written termination that day and Meagan initially refused to accept when we explained that she had to by law she threatened to call the police on me (for stating what's in their lease) and today the manager Thomas says he had no way to return our money until he can get the written termination approved by the corporate office Gingko. Gingko is aware of the problem and we are in contact with Latoya at corporate. We have yet to hear a response. This whole process has been the WORST housing experience ever! We have given numerous opportunities to make this right and they refuse! Further actin is now required to protect our rights and our health) If you don't want to be lied to, stolen from, insulted and expected to move in with roaches... DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Sabrina Avent: The cost of living keeps going rising and the rate for a one bedroom apartment is at least $1100 or more in the area. I just need a place to lay my head and feel safe so I’m not too worried about having a so called luxury apartment.The pros:-Cheaper rent-Minutes from the train station, library, super markets bars, and restaurants-Less traffic congestion getting to & out of the property-Washer & Dryer in each buildingThe cons:-Much older units-Town of Cary has shut off the water throughout the property several times for repairs-No washer & dryer in each apartment (unless its a townhouse or select 2 bedroom apartments)-LeaksA few weeks after I moved in, I had the pleasure of having a mini waterfall cascade from my bathroom wall due to a pipe that had burst at 4am. It took nearly 2 hrs for maintenance to get to my apartment and I had to call the “emergency” number twice. I complained to the leasing office the next day about the leak and especially how long I had to wait for someone to show up. Basically the response I received was “ these things happen unfortunately with apartments and that’s what your renter’s insurance is for”. The manager said she could let me out of my lease but of course most of my money was tied into move in fees and movers. I was offered a credit toward electricity used by the floor restoration contractors. The leasing office and maintenance do they best they can with what they have but these apartments are run down. I’m not sure of the conditions of the townhomes upfront but the whole property need to be torn to the ground in my opinion. I know there are a good amount of families living here for the affordable rent so that is why Noble Properties still have business.

Judith Okamoto: Location, location and price! These are older units so you will experience uneven flooring and old, patched popcorn ceiling but they have done their best to upgrade the interiors. The grounds are well maintained. It is an easy walk to a lovely greenway. My favorite part is the children who have made friends with each other and hang out at the playground. I live in a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The upstairs closet space is amazing. I know home owners who drool over those closets. Laura in the office is a wonderful resource and looks out for me like a momma hen. Clarence in maintenance will come over immediately to address concerns. No luxury here, just a safe-feeling place to call home.

It is what it is: Worst apartment complex ever to live in! Don't waste your time or money! Roaches rats drugs awful!

Slidin1 NC: I lived at Chatham Forest for 8 years until I bought my Home. I have always enjoyed stopping by the office and chatting with the staff. I missed the pool a little at first, but then the court yard was complete. I was able to continue to layout and tan. Also they have a game table and gas grill. I will miss the courtyard and all the staff at Chatham. I would recommend Chatham to my friends.

Libia Milhouse: I have lived here for a year and I have no complaints. The staff in the office are nice and super helpful. Maintenance is quick and thorough. It is quiet and I especially enjoy the games in the courtyard and the dog park :) Overall just a great community.

jon jones: Cary needs to bulldoze the buildings down and turn the lot into a park. Outdated units. Ac freezes up all the time, management said it's summer, it'll happen. Neighbors shower/toilet leaks down from above into our unit, which has mold. My German is getting better since we have German roaches, or as management calls the, waterbugs. There is no pool as advertised, 1 ceiling fan is the only redeeming quality in our unit,

The Cult: This is the worst apartment my company has ever rented. There are roaches everywhere. Only one of the 2 bathrooms is functional. The a/c only works half the time. The upstairs toilet leaks into our bathroom and the ceiling is full of black mold. All this has been conveyed to management and they have done nothing about it. The maintenance seems to be overwhelmed. He has tried to fix the a/c but it is an old unit the is terrible condition anything short of replacement is futile. If I could give this apartment -5 stars I would.

Gary Slates: I live there now and I find I difficult to get my apartment warm. I have supplemental heaters in the apartment and we still feel the cold. The price is good for Cary. The neighborhood is safe. I am looking for a different place to stay.

Raul Gonzalez: This is the worst place that I ever had to live in. The landlord does not believe in respecting your privacy. If you have children and the landlord comes in to inspect and your house is messy, you will get a warning letter to clean, God forbid you have to call the cops for a dispute, you will immediately get a warning. And although it doesn't sound bad, because it looks like they are taking care of the apartment complex, we feel that is too much intrusion into your personal space and they should be concern about vandalism, not my personal space. But at the same time, the landlord keep the apartment in bad conditions, dirty landscape, spider nets everywhere, in other words a pig sty. Neighborhood is in my opinion the Cary Ghetto. Will not recommend this place to no one. I am listing pictures, the real ones in Facebook and Google, not marketing, misleading pictures.
