Norton Property Services: what do users think?
Charles: Our unit was not cleaned and had a very bad phorid fly infestation. Garren did not work to resolve our problems and ignored our messages.Given Garren’s 50% profit, I was extremely disappointed with the with how horribly he treated us over our stay. Attached are pictures of Garren’s $3150/month slum.
Bailey Oldham: Our apartments was awesome and Garren was very attentive to any issues we ran into! Would definitely rent from norton property services again!
Rosalee Smith: Great property, great location and great service! My husband and I moved to North Carolina from Pennsylvania and needed a furnished property to live in while we looked for a home to buy. I was very pleased with the quiet location and the businesses within a very, very, short walk became some of our favorites. The two-bedroom, two bathroom, fully-furnished apartment was so clean and well-appointed and had every possible thing we could need. We were able to settle in quickly and were relaxing on the balcony within hours. The well-cared for furniture and linens made it feel like a high end hotel suite while still feeling like a home. Washer and dryer, fully appointed kitchen with all the gadgets, all bills paid, dog park on site, speedy internet and plentiful parking too! Garren at Norton was always accessible and responsive. Our 7 month stay at the Arboretum flew by and we were actually a little sad to leave. We have stayed in several residential/corporate rentals and this one was by far the best experience we have had. Thanks Garren!
Shelley Moore: Garren is great to work with! My husband and I relocated to Cary from Austin and Garren went above and beyond to make our late night arrival a breeze. Our apartment is beautiful and well appointed. Garren responds quickly to questions and has made a stressful life event go smoothly. Thank you!
Larry Cameron: Moving from Florida to North Carolina, my wife and I needed a short-term furnished rental while we shopped for a house. Garren Washington could not have been more helpful. We found him to be honest, straightforward and kind. Our lease arrangement with him was perfect for our needs, and the apartment itself was clean and nicely equipped. We appreciate Garren very much and certainly can recommend him to others.
Lisa Lazzaro: I was so VERY pleased with Norton Property Services! Garren was ABSOLUTELY the best to work with! He responded to my texts immediately. Always made sure I had everything I needed. Very professional and goes the extra mile! Highly recommend this company!!
Cindy Block: We were moving out of state and needed a place to stay after we sold our local home quickly. The complex has great amenities and Garren is easy to deal with. When our new purchase took longer than expected we were able to stay an additional month with no problem. I highly recommend this service.
Zack Leban: I stayed with Norton Property Services for the last 3 months and have nothing but good things to say! We were in a great location, and our furnished apartment was just what we needed. If I am in the Cary area again I will definitely be calling Garren, he was on top of his stuff and the couple times we needed maintenance, our problem was solved within a days time. Overall great experience would recommend to anyone in the area.
Susan Carpenter: The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Garren was fantastic - very easy to work with and he responded promptly and fully to all my questions and issues. This is a great option for short term housing needs in Cary area.
Katie Zaferes: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueGarren was so easy to work with, and very responsive during our stay. The apartment was fully equipped to make our stay feel like home. We really appreciated the location and the amenities of the complex. It was the perfect place to stay for our time before moving into our house!
Diana Heard: We moved from Arizona to Cary, NC and stayed at one of the apartments in the Lofts at Westin. The service Garren at Norton Properties provided was exceptional. He communicated well and was always available if we needed anything. The apartment was well kept, fully updated and we were very comfortable there. The complex has great amenities and the staff is very receptive.Over all a fabulous experience. Thank you Garren for making our transition to NC stress free!
David Johnson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Carol Hartwig: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueLakeside Lofts apartments was our home while we searched for a permanent home in the area. The apartment was perfect - roomy, safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.
Cyndi Conway: I have used Norton Properties on many occasions in the past 5 years and NOT ONCE have I had a bad experience. From start to finish. The units are awesome, management responsive, cost fair. No need to say anymore...but I could, the amenities accommodated a variety of needs, locations were very safe, shopping was very local with in walking distance . Just could not ask for better accomodations.
Mike Long: My wife and I were in need of a short term fully furnished rental and Norton Property Services delivered! They were extremely pleasant to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Definitely a class act!
Padma Palvai: I lived in one of their apartments for 3 months ( the lodge). It was an excellent location, safe, accessible to shopping and a walking trail. The apartment itself was beautiful. It was furnished in such detail that you truly need only your personal items and groceries. I like to cook and when I am away from home I miss cooking in general. Here I had everything I needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. Tim was so responsive and helpful during my stay. He even has more lighting added in the bedroom at my request. I can’t say enough good things about the apartment and how good Tim was. This is truly home away from home.
Doug Fallon: My stay at the Norton Property located at Lakeside Lofts in Cary could not of gone better. I needed short term furnished housing, what spot to be in. The Gym was just down the hall, restaurants and airport close by. A lake next door with a walking trail. Anyone coming to work in the area who needs a furnished place to stay do yourself a favor and reach out to Tim at Norton Property Services!!!!
S P: I have stayed in Tim Norton's furnished temporary apartments in Cary on at least four occasions over the past few years. I keep coming back because it is always such an excellent, stress-free experience!! I know that when I sign a lease with him, I don't have to worry about what I will get. The apartments are extremely clean, well-located, and well-furnished. Tim also maintains great communication with me before and during my stays. The living experience is always so comfortable that I get sad when I have to leave. I would offer my highest possible recommendation for his apartments!
Linda F: Tim's furnished apartment is the perfect situation for anyone in a transitional phase while relocating to the area, or for anyone in need of a temporary space without any hassle. The apartment was clean and has everything you need including cable and internet. He is great to work with and would check in every couple of months to make sure nothing else was needed and that things were comfortable. He is also very responsive with inquiries of any kind when you email or call him. I highly recommend Tim and his services!
Steve Doherty: Tim is a class act - very flexible and very responsive. He was a wonderful land lord. I can't recommend him strongly enough!
T K: Great customer service, attention to detail, everything we could possibly need was provided in the fully furnished apartment. And very clean! Thank you.

S Greenie: Perfect location, near food and fun. Brand new, clean and modern. I stayed for a business trip, this great place had everything.
Jannet Mercado: 5 Stars in all aspects. Great location, you feel at home, and very clean. We slept great on the mattress. Has all of the needed amenities. We hope to return soon.
Amanda Lowe: Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Jim & Terri's guest suite truly feels like a home away from home, and we were able to settle in right away. The entire suite is sparkling clean, well designed, and full of unexpected amenities that show that the hosts truly care about their guests! We were delighted to find amenities such as coffee, coffee creamer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, makeup mirrors, and small personal hygiene items. The hosts also provide many magazines of local things to do, and fresh flowers and chocolates upon arrival! The communication with Jim & Terri throughout our stay was outstanding, as they were always quick and thorough with their responses. We would highly recommend this stay, you won't regret it!
T Wag: Perfect location to downtown! Beautiful interior, everything you need for a fantastic stay!

The Lodge at Crossroads: what do users think?
Tiffany Register: Stopped in today for a tour with my family. The older lady at the desk didn’t even look up to acknowledge us when when walked in. I said “hello” very nicely and she looked up from her desk with a very nasty attitude and rudely said “someone will be with you in a minute.” We started to wait but her energy was so bad I didn’t want to tour anymore. No one else was around to help, and we felt completely ignored, so we left. Will never return!
Tiffany Hansley: I toured this property and I can not say enough good things about Raiyn. She was extremely professional and answered every question confidently. During my apartment search she has been the BEST leasing consultant I have seen. The apartments are average, clean and on a nice side of town. Definitely singing my praises on the staff. What a gem to have such great management and service.
Dena Rogers: I have been a resident for 12 years and I love it. Maintenance staff are all awesome. Fernando always makes sure that things are dome right and in a timely manner. Hats off to the management staff and all whom work there. Your hard work makes my stay pleasant.
Weab Snacks: Just moved here. The leasing process went smoothly. It was a pleasant experience, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Any problems I encountered were hastliy resolved. Thank you to Fernando, the property manager, for all his assistance!
Seth King: We have lived here since near the beginning of this year, we have had multiple packages go missing (their parcel boxes are rarely working, so that means the leasing office people have to recieve them, one more chance for someone to steal/lose your package, not that safe), the gym equipment is old and barely working, good for an elderly person but if your someone trying to get a decent pump, don't waste your time. There are road lights that have been broken the whole summer, that could be fixed. And it seems like they don't clean the stairwells, always cob webs and trash in them. Other than that they are decent size apartments and it has a nice lake to walk around, I actually do like that part. Enjoy your apartment hunting!
Xavia Way: Real name is Carmesha. Despite my issues with the actual property manager’s lack of professionalism, I just want to say RYIAN at the front office is amazing! She is the best. From the day she showed me my apartment to today (a year later), I’m satisfied with the service and assistance she’s provided me. Keep doing your thing!
Ben Hoffman: The Lodge at Crossroads has apartments from the 70's that were renovated with cheap materials and fall apart shortly after you move in. All the windows have mold in them from the condensation, the air conditioning goes out 3-4 times each summer, and there is always trash literally piled outside the dumpsters. On top of this, there is no recycling in the apartment and you can't rely on your packages actually showing up.The apartments are full of pests. There were hundreds of spiders on our porch outside, cockroaches, and birds nesting in the drier vents. There were also "bird mites" crawling out of our air conditioning vent, which was absolutely disgusting and horrifying as they are so small you can't really see them, only feel them. It took maintenance 4 days of calling every day to send a pesticide company. On top of all this, I *still* have not received my security deposit back 60 days after moving out, even after emailing their management company, going in person (which was entirely unhelpful, as they just told me to email management again), and attempting to call on the phone. It's unfortunate that the management is so awful here, because the location is great. After two terribly long years, I would not recommend anyone live here.
Janelle Roberts: I really enjoy living here at the Lodge at Crossroads in Cary. I have been here almost four years and it is consistently a great place to live. It’s a quiet, safe and convenient place in the middle of Cary. There is so many places to walk and it has an amazing dog park and it’s so pet friendly. Fernando, Ryian, Kimberly, Mariah and Sue work in the office. They are professionals and provide an open door for communication and work hard to provide quick and efficient solutions to any issue that might arise. Carlos, Lowell, Gabriel and Garcia work in maintenance and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced a better staff of knowledgeable, friendly and quick response to maintenance requests as these professionals. I feel lucky to live here and I would recommend this complex whole heartedly. Good job and a big thanks! Emily
G. Thomas Hedlund: We just starting looking for a new apartment home in the area, and this is easily the top of our list. Why? Because of Ryian's kindness, willingness to go out of her way, and overall wonderful demeanor. That makes a tremendous difference in this style of living. We'll be on the lookout for the right available unit and, if all works out, hopefully call this place home soon. Thank you, Ryian.
john McCarron: I have lived here for five years, I have seen major improvements on the grounds over the past year and a half. Fernando the manager is very good at what he does even with all the residents here he makes you feel like you’re the only one so thank you for that Fernando. The CrossRoads apartment is a very fun place to live When my grandkids come over they feel safe and welcomed. I plan on moving into a two bedroom in the future right here at this place nice place to call home
Dorothy Flynn: The people that work in the office pretend to be nice to you when you first move in. When you give notice to move out for whatever reason, they turn on you and look/invent reasons to make you pay for damages, stains, etc., that were there before you moved in. Do yourself a favor and take pictures before you move in! The trash compactor is always broken, and the trash is piled sky high overflowing! I will say the grounds are nice; however, the inside of these apartments are very dated and the electric bills due to the heat and a/c are through the roof because the windows need to be replaced. The maintenance crew are nice and are overworked. The American Roaches are so big, they can help pay rent. When you schedule to have your apartment sprayed, the pesticide company they use hardly ever show up, but checked off a box to say they were there. There are way too many speed bumps, and why they have them makes no sense because the vehicles fly by too fast and never do the speed limit. Forget trying to cross a parking lot, it won't happen without letting a bunch of cars go first. My poor young neighbor's rent was jacked up over 400 dollars when her lease was up. The Lodge did this because they could get away with it. Luckily, she moved in with her boyfriend in another area. The Manager has a nasty Latin temper and can look for reasons to fight with you. Beware of this place, they are not what they seem! There are many other places to rent in that very area that have professional managers and staff members. Stay away!
Aly Brinley: I have lived here for the past 2.5 years and have almost zero complaints. I know working at apartment complexes can be thankless jobs, so I would like to recognize the staff here. Mariah at the front desk is very kind and helpful. Fernando, the manager, is also extremely kind and helpful. It is a very lovely, quiet place to live with wonderful people. (And in a great location.) The maintenance people are also super friendly and helpful! I think this is my second review of this place, so highly recommend!
Nancy Petrillo: Beautiful complex and surroundings (adjacent to the Greenway), responsive management, capable and friendly maintenance - a VERY nice home!
brenda johnson: Leasing office staff member, Ryian B, was knowledgeable, polite, and customer service-minded in her friendly delivery of information. Her feedback and follow-through has made our transition from homeowner in Florida to apartment dweller in North Carolina smooth and seamless. The entire management team has been very quick to respond to our questions and maintenance issues, and they continue to fulfill all the necessary requirements of creating a comfortable living space!
Kelsey Sauer: Mariah is EXTREMELY helpful! After looking at different apartments all day it was so refreshing to work with someone that was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She made the whole process painless!
Rohan Lewis: The Lodge at Crossroads is about ~20-25 years old. The neighborhood is within walking distance and short driving distance to many shopping centers and businesses in the Cary Crossroads Area. There is a beautiful 0.8 mile walking loop around Lake Macedonia in the backyard of The Lodge. There are many species of birds, as well as turtles, river otters, and other wildlife.Prices have jumped in Cary in the past year (2021), but I found the Lodge to be reasonable. The manager Fernando, the office staff, and the maintenance manager Carlos are extremely friendly and polite, taking an active interest in the residents' comfort. The office building has a lounge and gym with 24hr access via key fob access.I have received adequate assistance by calling or walking into the office every time. My maintenance requests have been handled within 48 hours. My rent and additional service fees are sent to me via email around the middle of the month to be paid by the 5th of the next month. Their online portal is easy to setup with a bank account. While parking is tight around some buildings, there is plenty of overflow parking within a minute walk of anyone's building.Negatives? A lot of people have pets in this area, and not all owners are responsible in picking up after them. I do hope they upgrade the gym facilities. Trash and recycling services are often problematic or overflowing, both at The Lodge and the next door complex The Park. Some of the residents are careless drivers, ignoring stop signs and speed bumps within the complex. The Lodge is quiet with an extremely diverse group of single working professionals, elderly, young couples with kids, and foreigners. I have lived here for a little over 2 months, and overall I am comfortable and happy to be living here in 2022.
Alicia Sheeley: Not sure if there is new management for the maintenance team but they have really stepped up their game! Our dishwasher broke and it was completely replaced within 2 days. Yes, the trash compactor is typically piled up every week but almost all apartments in the area have the same issue. It's be a good 3 years. Thank you Lodge at Crossroads (especially to the maintenance team 😁)!!!
Michael Nye: I have been a resident here for a few months now and am always surprised at just how well maintained the grounds always are. The complex is convenient to both Crossroads and Waverly Place, which gives you access to pretty much anything you could possibly need shopping or restaurant wise, within 2 miles. The apartments themselves are a decent size and even in a 1 bedroom like I am in, it doesn’t feel cramped at all. The office staff are always kind and helpful and the only 2 minor issues I had needing maintenance, were handled right away. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, other than the occasional dog barking (which who doesn’t love the furry friends), you pretty much never hear anything. If you are looking for an apartment in Cary, I’d highly recommend stopping in for a tour, you’ll be impressed too!
Cherri Johns: I lived on this property for five years without incident. Due to issues that had absolutely nothing to do with me, the new property manager breached my contract and attempted to force me out. (My apartment is currently on the market for $600 more than I was paying! 🤔) Once he invalidated my contract and based on the condition of the property, I chose to leave early.Over the last year, the property is no longer maintained well. The trash is overflowing, there are grills everywhere, they are basketball goals in the middle of the road, there are illegal pet breeds on property, residents hang all different kinds of sheets and blankets from their balconies as curtains and you will literally lose the bottom of your vehicle on the speed bumps they recently installed. During the summer, carloads of non-residents show up at the pool and it goes unchecked. Also, they advertise a business center but there hasn’t been a business center at this location in four years.Within 2 miles there are far more beautiful apartments that are either new or recently renovated for the same price or less as The Lodge
tash .0: Positive:QualityI have been searching for an apartment in the area and came across the Lodge at crossroads and met Ryian who has helped tremendously every step of the way. She responded to all of my emails promptly and answered any questions I had! 10/10 recommend
Dina Mahoney: Ryian is so sweet and professional. She answered all my questions and is very good at what she does. She deserves a raise!

Extended Stay America - Raleigh - Cary - Harrison Ave.: what do users think?
Aries Iscariot: I’ve been here for a while and it’s been a great experience. The staff is wonderful, they are always very helpful and kind, any time I have an issue they address it quick and efficiently. I’ve always felt safe and secure, no problems with feeling uncomfortable to be able to talk to someone. Pretty much good ppl all around. The location is super convenient and the rates are fair, cleanliness is fine. From someone who’s stay has been extensive, I wouldn’t choose another extended stay. 💚-Emily
Vinny Vince: They had no reason to ban me from here.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Rie-Lee “Little Kiyiya”: Makayla & Aaryn wonderful wonderful ppl there at front desk. They did best to have everything go perfectly well for me n my daughter stay there unexpectedly in Cary Bec my reservation of same hotel in Durham NC Turned Me Away when I had made reservations about 2 weeks ahead as they said "They were Overbooked! I didn't get no notifications from hotel dot com or anything Just an email from that extended stay america hotel in Durham NC if I need anything more for my hotel room to let them know" BUT I got Turned Away....But my daughter found exact same hotel but in Cary NC and so now waiting for my refund differences in cost from hotel dot comThe hotel in Cary NC is older with no excercise room or pool or elevator....But is close to the shopping center that is behind hotel of walking distance.CC wasn't working on TV for some reason even though we turned the captions on...Room was very comfortable.I highly recommend staying here Makayla & Aaryn thrive to do everything in their power to accommodate us AND they both have AWESOME Friendly personality always smiling and WONDERFUL sense of humor!!!🤟💜🤟💜🤟🌹🌹🌹🤟💜🤟💜🤟
tenyce dailey: This has the most amazing rooms, everything I need in a week stay was there I would most definitely go to this hotel again especially with the staff and there A1 customer serviceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Romantic, Great value, High-tech …More
Noella mckoy: I love and appreciate the whole staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tom D.: Filthy, dirty, disgusting and really ghetto. Stay away at all cost.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Jeremiah Leonard: The absolute WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE AMERICA! The is extremely disrespectful and sarcastic. Particularly a female named Charlee. I had an issue with the room I was staying in; the smoke detector was beeping due to bad batteries. I asked Charlee if there was a way someone could fix it or just simply take out the old batteries. Her response "Who do you think is going to do that at this time!?" I replied, "How about you since you work here?" Then she retorted, "I was just going to switch your room since that would be easier." Her response to my, a paying customer's, issues was to be sarcastic and insult my intelligence. I don't appreciate that! I will never stay at this again until "Charlee" is fired. AND, I WANT A REFUND!
Vishrut Sundararajan: Great place to stay!
Arghya Chatterjee: Positive:1. Decent price.2. Very close to RDU and RTP.3. Friendly staff.Negative:Roaches in room!!!
Dmitri Khorokhorin: I was charge twice for the same stay, and did not got my money back. After contact customer service many times. I still did not got my money back for second charge. I was told on many occasions, someone will contact me in 48 hours to resolve the issue but not ones I got the response. I will not recommend this hotel. If you don't want deal with same issue find the different hotel chain. Thank you.
Jason Bailey: This hotel has gone down hill. They kick out more people then they rent to. I was asked to leave after a manager claimed I smoked in the room. I don't smoke anymore but I left and they would not admit that fact to Priceline so I didn't get a refund.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Richard Pajooh: Before I even arrived I had issues with the customer service I called a day prior to check my reservation. The front desk person could not find it, I asked to speak with a manager and she said “that’s what the manager said.” I asked again to speak with a manager and she hung up on me. I called back no one picked up. I called corporate and corporate had to call them to confirm my reservation. I was moving from another area and reserved the room weeks prior. Even the corporate person questioned the service here.I arrive and have been in the room for about four days. The place has major issues. One the cabinets, stove, appliances, and basically everything were covered in dust nothing was cleaned. Interior of cabinets are warped the vent over the stove is rusted the stove has a sticker saying “for ventilation purposes remember to open your window while cooking” well I can’t do that being the window is broken you can’t open it without it falling off the track. The p traps under the kitchen sink is completely corroded and is leaking. All the doors, trim, and furniture look like they were in a tornado and severely scratched and damaged. The microwave plate or glass you put your food on isn’t even for this microwave so it doesn’t spin, half the buttons don’t work, all the cabinets are damaged and inside are warped, bubbled and had dead bugs.I had to clean the place just to make it some what sanitary.Based off previous reviewed management keeps saying they will fix things well you haven’t done anything. This place is a major code violation and I work in construction, I will contact the city inspector cause whoever owns this place clearly does not care at all.The only thing I can say is the floors look somewhat new.I took photos and video because there are so many damages here I don’t know where to begin and don’t want to be dinged for their poor maintenance and lack of cleaniness. Also if you are on the bottom floor and the top floor has kids you can hear everything. The carpets outside is the main walkway are pancaked with dog hair and dirt. This is a disgrace. Do not stay here in town suites or any other place is better. For 400 to 500 a week you are not getting your monies worth.I have nothing positive to say about this place.Do not stay here if you value your health safety and expect some measure of cleanliness.I’d like to speak to corporate about this cause as someone who works in construction and real estate and customer service this place really needs to be shut down.Do not come here. For a few dollars more or even the same price anywhere else is better.
L1zunn: Just like this comment and be nice
Gary Turner: Worst bed I've ever slept on. You could tell it was old because all night we gravitated toward the middle of the bed.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Ronnetta Mclawhorn: Need improve remodel in rooms, cleaning windows, stair, replace carpet in hallway it's nice a room need new decorate walls etcRooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Erin Seto: The staff was friendly, but that was the only good thing I could say about the location. I booked through Expedia and I really should have done more research before picking this location. The building is seriously dated. I mean, it does NOT even have an elevator. The stairwells are located inside doorways that are hard to find. You can't even get to any of the rooms through the lobby without going up a flight of stairs. This is not handicap friendly. And definitely not luggage friendly. I ended up leaving a bunch of stuff in my car.We also had to park our car where we could see it. The place had bad vibes. Saturday morning, I went out to get some things from my car and there was an entire case of empty beer bottles by the trashcan at the front door. It smelt like someone had a drunken party in the parking lot.The day we checked in, our bathroom light was so dim it was hard to see. The photo doesn't do it justice, but every time I needed to use the bathroom or shower I had to use my phone's flashlight to see. The maintenance guy said there was no bulbs to fix it and "ordered" a replacement. That was a disappointment all weekend. We got a suite to try and save money by eating at the hotel instead of dining out. But there was no pots/pans, plates, or utensils. And the stove was so dated I was afraid I might blow myself up turning it on. Even the microwave smelt weird. The bed at least had a mattress cover on it so there was no bed bugs that I could see, but it was not a restful weekend. The hallways smelt like weed. And there wasn't much help from management after the trip besides a half-hearted "sorry".DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE $100/DAY.
Queyonna Thompson: The prices of the rooms are RIDICULOUS for the hotel to be RAGGEDY . They have roaches , everything in here is ALWAYS breaking … they only give you one roll of toilet tissue wth

Cary Greens at Preston Apartments: what do users think?
Lisa Otten: First impression is that it's a nice community. Enjoyable tour
Tim Trimble: It was actually a nice experience in the four months staying here. There were minor issues that come with living at an apartment complex, but there were good comforts. Loved the pool, but it was too chilly weather wise to take advantage. The mini playground was nice, but needs to be updated a bit. The apartment was cozy, and management was nicely responsive with any issues.Edit: be very careful for 'add on charges' when you move out. The apartment was cleaned top to bottom by myself and my wife, and we still had a mysterious $65 "oven cleaning charge". While it was okay to call home for a while, it does need some work.
Amani Uptgrow: Tia (the leasing consultant) was a great help! She was extremely nice and gave us everything we wanted and needed to know about the property. She also was able to give us quotes and gave us a tour of the environment as well!
Office Assistant: We at First One Restoration have had the opportunity to work with this property. We can assure it is a pleasure working with the staff and payments are made on time.
sally scarlata: Unfortunately rents have seriously been jacked up with no prior notice ranging from $150 to $900. This is not due to inflation. And this is on tenants who have been living here between 5 to 7 years if not more. No courtesies given to any special needs situations such as disability or fixed income and no laws to protect tenants from these outrageous hikes in this state so if you're planning to move and live here or anywhere within this state beware. Plus this complexes green grass has been pretty much replaced with pine needle beds. What used to be a nice area to live in has now become a serious struggle for many people.
Tricia Tanner: We have been at Cary Greens for 2 years now. We love living here! We have amiable neighbors and have been able to form friendships during our stay. We have used the pool for many a barbecue, it really has a family feel! Our apartment is spacious and comfortable. We’ve had a few minor issues with appliances, but FAR less than what we would be dealing with if we owned our own home (and the maintenance team has taken care of it all!). It is in a wooded area, so in NC that means waterbugs, but if you keep your place clean and treat your deck that problem is easily solved. Location is prime. Walking distance from the grocery store and several parks. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live!
Tina Scott: Management needs to include critical thinking from a diverse perspective. Management needs to be trained on how to be considerate and thoughtful and fair to all its residents. Management needs to be able to be flexible when any of its services are not being provided as promised and stated.
Walter Holliday: Overall, it is a great community with great amenities. The Property Manager has become a bit of an attack dog. The maintenance crew is top notch. They do however censor any comments on their community site if you were to say, post a complaint there or say something that they do not want to be shared with the community, even if it is not provoking anything weird, offensive or illegal. Parking can be a problem if you must park, at all times in a place where you can see your vehicle. There have been break-ins of vehicles since I have lived here. They just raised the rent about 15%. Overall, for the location, if you have a pet, it is about a 8 out of 10.I had those big bugs that we call roaches up north. I told them about it ant they sent a guy to spray the apartment; have not seen one since.Enclosed garages with remotes are available, quite large, only $50/month; cheaper than a U-Store it by far. I have rented 3 of them as I moved here from a house up north in Ohio. Overall, I am pleased with the apartment complex; could be much worse, could have a management which does not care at all. That is not the case with Cary Greens at Preston. Also, it is a fabulous location!2022 Update:Maintenance has been great.Landscaping has suffered.Trash valet service has suffered - No more recycling pick-up.Parking has been harassment due to past practices by others.Pest control has been good.
TIRUPATI ESTATE CONSULTANTS: Good time
Tammy C: Nice location with spacious apartment offerings.
Arial Hendrickson: Edit: Left a sizzling negative review yesterday. My main problem, which was having to jump through hoops to pay rent, has been resolved. I left the story intact, but have balanced the review with some positives. I got here in Spring 2022.The good: The apartment itself is pleasant looking and has nice fixtures. The location is convenient and I like living close to Bond Park. No mold, no bugs. Kudos to maintenance for being friendly, quick, and effective, because I have needed them a dozen times in 7 months (leaks from an unfinished renovation, dryer breaking, dishwasher, fan/lights going out). The office staff is pleasant, which once again, is good, because I have needed to reach out to them more times than should be necessary. Cue the intro for my grievances. The bad:When it came time to renew my lease, the rates they offered me were sky high. Hundreds of dollars higher than my prior rate. I declined, so they advertised my unit to new tenants on their website with rates much lower than the ones offered to me. Be prepared to pony up after your initial lease ends, because they will raise the price regardless of market conditions. It is part of their policy. This has led to higher resident turnover. Negotiating is a nightmare, where you must ask the powerless office staff to escalate the issue repeatedly until you get a half-response back from some head honcho you never meet. After days of struggle, I got my renewal down to a price that was barely tolerable rather than fair. Definitely higher than they would be able to get a new tenant for. In exchange, I simply asked if I could get a better fridge (mine is ancient). They agreed to take a look at swapping it out. After I renewed, they suddenly didn't have time. When I have a problem, a single office visit rarely does the trick. This week the problem was their payment portal. It breaks frequently. As such, I couldn't pay rent on time this month despite trying. Mere hours after the rent became late, I received a blunt email telling me to pay with a cashiers check. I went to the office and explained my situation, but wasn't offered a solution. I then spent 4 hours figuring out how to get a cashiers check for over $1000 when I don't have a local bank. The details of my current situation would make that complicated, so I went back into the office. This time, they helped resolve the issue. I just wish that happened before I went through all the trouble!
Jack Klerekoper: I recently wrote a very nice review about Cary Greens but that was prior to us moving out (I would delete it but I can’t figure out how). I’m not one to write many negative reviews but I absolutely agree with what people have been saying now. I would love to keep that review but our move-out experience was SO terrible I cannot fathom writing anything good about this apartment or our experience here.We had many issues over the past 2 years in this complex - the things that broke in our apartment were “band-aided”, including a washer that bleached ALL of our clothes, towels and sheets. Never got a new one, even after numerous reports of the bleach issue. This was only the start of our issues - we experienced lots of bug problems, garage door breaking almost every week, and loud/obnoxious neighbors that never got dealt with. Our move-out experience was nothing short of ridiculous - you think you got a good deal on a cheap security deposit ($200) and you end up receiving a bill worth hundreds of dollars for things that normal buildings fix upon move-out AND do not match the sheet they provided you with. Have pictures to prove it. We even offered to do a move out walk through so we could avoid running into the issues we are having now but they declined. Every apartment I have ever lived at has done a walk through but it’s obvious management was too lazy to do so.The staff turnover here is extremely high - which seems to indicate a management issue. It seemed like no one ever kept track of anything - for example: we turned in our keys in September and received a call in October asking where they were.We are so disappointed in the way the staff handled our move-out, and we would never want anyone else to go through this! Stay away!

Wanda Gibson: Positive:ValueWe've lived here going on 3 years. Love the screened in porch. Great maintenance staff. Convenience to everything....
Stephan Bell: Amazing place. If I was still in the market for renting, I would have stayed here. I moved out a couple of weeks ago and my thoughts: The staff and office management are great. They are very cordial and professional. Managing a property like this one has to be hard with so many different tenants but they always showed grace and courtesy anytime I have needed to contact them. The apartments are by far in the top of the Cary area. The location is also amazing with close proximity to literally everything: gym, groceries, doctors, parks, movie, restaurant, pharmacy, etc. Elizabeth and her staff make Cary Greens at Preston a great place to call home! Thank you for helping make my experience great there when I was a resident!
Owen Ohira: Great place to live! Jillian and Neah are professionals that take care of any issues immediately. Property is well taken care of and stays clean!
Dusty Bass: Beautiful community. Jillian was amazing and knowledgeable and answered all our questions!
Ina Suhareva: Excellent location, excellent management, excellent maintenance.Very pleasant place to live.
Christina Nelson: It’s horrible living here. Bugs all time. Call them all night for leak and they didn’t answer and when they finally came the water heater busted and flooded our apartment. Elizabeth lost our rent check and talks nasty to tenants. The staff turn over in office is crazy. No one will stay past a month in office because Elizabeth is to busy.Cannot contact anyone for any kind of help. Let’s anyone park in handicap without stickers and Elizabeth solution to problem was to make another space to encourage people who art not handicap to take up what little room was left. If they fire Elizabeth it would be a better place to live.
Lori Black: Wonderful place to call home!!! The management and entire staff are awesome!

Extended Stay America - Raleigh - Cary - Regency Parkway South: what do users think?
Heather Hawe: The room was nice except the fridge was dirty and wasn't plugged in and the internet didn't work well but the bed was comfortable and everything else was clean just be sure to make a reservation before
Janet Campo: The worst experience I have ever had so far. We get there after traveling all day. To find out that our 2 bedroom suite was downgraded to a one bed with a sofa bed. Because our room was dirty they said. So housekeepers go home without cleaning all the rooms? This room had been booked 2 months ahead of time. When we went to our room. We pulled out the sofa bed and we almost threw up. It smelled disgusting and the mattress was nasty. Stains and dirty. No sheets no nothing. The bathroom tub had pee in it. The walls had blood stains. Trash behind the furniture. Broken shower head. Broken toilet paper holder. The room was just nasty. Do not waste your money here. Go somewhere else. And to top it off. Our last night. There was cops and ambulance all over the place.. Not a hood experience here. Don't be fooled by the pics. It is nothing like the pictures. They need to fix and hire a head house keeper to check rooms after told they been clean. Because they are not cleaned properly and they smell disgusting too.. I have lots of pictures to back up what I say and I will be contacting corporate. Honestly this place should not be operating. Health violations everywhere. I worked in the hospitality industry and this place is just gross..
Wayne DeBerry: I've enjoyed my stay here at 3100 Regency Parkway since last September. My room was clean and continues to be clean thanks to the attention to detail. Most of the staff was amazing and some went over and Beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Cary North Carolina.I would also like to make an honorable mention to Brandon and Sean they both have gone beyond the Call of Duty to make sure my stay is enjoyable.Wayne DeBerry

Luis Manrique: Great service! Would book again
Elena Uzun: I was hesitant to book after reading the previous reviews, but it was for only one night, so I went for it.The staff were very nice and welcoming, during both, check in and out. It’s a 2-star hotel, therefore I didn’t expect it to look like a 5-star. Yes, needs updates, but it was not bad. Upon entering the room and at first glance, I was ready to give a stellar 5-star review: the air was fresh, no bad smell; towels and linens clean & organized; bed made well.I was disappointed when first, reached to turn on the warm air, and saw spider webs. That spot hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Then the bed: I understand that a 2-star hotel will not provide cashmere and silk, but the bed skirt was stained. Also, the edges of the carpet, where the vacuum doesn’t reach, were quite dusty. The sign in the bathroom stated that there is a 10-step cleaning verification. Well, it is not followed.Had the cleaning crew and the management clean well, dusted, and washed everything really well, it would have been an easy 5-star review.Keep improving! You have potential!
Tanya Powers: The first month's of my stay was great. Then it got very shady the mangers quit nobody knew what was going on I got charged 5 times in 1 week. Had all my emails new manger came in didn't listen evicted me I had 5 minutes when I stayed there over 2 years never got rhe paper from wake county called a out my mail it was there I got my boyfriend to pick the mail up magical the wake county mail wasn't there.. shady people
Vinny Vince: My mom and I were promised a 1PM checkout on New Year's Eve, and today, on New Year's Day, we had to be out by noon.Update (10/05/2022): Reduced the rating to reflect last night's stay.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
jason gorman: Yup,its a hotelRooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
sindy viljoenloots: Had a booking made online, when we got there they said nothing is available. Eventually put us in a room and we were grateful after a very long day and travels with a baby. However, no apology for their mistake. It is the worst smell, a mix of dust and smoke. Nothing in the kitchen and lots of things that haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. Very bad experience
Steve Tedesco: It was different, I was expecting more of a regular hotel experience but there were no issues. No phone in the room and the only trash can was under the bathroom sink but room was clean and place was quiet and well kept. I would definitely stay again. Service rating isn't bad but neutral because the only service I received was at checkin.

Marquis at Silverton: what do users think?
Alyssa Mitchell: My roommate and I moved into the complex not long ago. Some items needed to be fixed or painted upon arrival on move in. Joyce and Jill did everything they could to make sure everything was fixed so we could start making this apartment our home. Aside from the ladies being sweet and accommodating, the neighborhood is peaceful and in a great location.
J Large: Super convenient location, great office staff. Always had issues addressed quickly and solved the first visit. A quiet, calm, community to be in. Just repainted the buildings and redid the roofs, it looks great!
karthik vanama: I lived for four years and Apartment is full of roaches, after raising multiple requests they never treat well.Plumbing in apartment is so bad, water leaks everywhere.Good luck.
Crystal Chancellor: New resident here. My experience has been stellar from start to move in. Kristi and Joyce are wonderful to work with, and the property is beautiful and peaceful. I’m looking forward to the future in my new home.
Kaylee Powers: Maintenance is always pretty quick to fix any problems in or around the buildings/your home. The only delays they have are with suppliers which is understandable with shipping and stock issues everyone is facing right now. Alan, the maintenance director, always keeps you informed and in the loop if anything happens. He’s super helpful and always speaks if you see him around the property, too. He genuinely cares and wants to get to know everyone. It helps having maintenance guys like him that are knowledgeable and have a high standard for their repairs and fixes. Nothing gets ignored or pushed aside with them. Highly recommend!
Noah Powers: Staff members are friendly and maintenance provides knowledgeable and reliable assistance.
John Miller: Maintenance request will take months to complete. Even the emergency request takes more then three days. From last 2 years they keep saying they are short of staff.
Nereida Gomez: Recently moved to NC and love the community. Alan, Mike and Jacob helped make this move an easy transition for me. Close to many supermarkets, doctors and shopping. Beautiful apartment and it’s perfect for my family.
Olben Orengo: Moved in last month into a two bedroom and love it. Jill and Joyce went above and beyond getting my new home ready. Thanks for taking such good care of me.
Stez1zz: Don't understand why there are so many five-stars. Roaches everywhere. You are moving into a roaches party. Can't complain about a community built in 1996.
Tarik Anwar: Quiet living, great amenities, near greenways. I have been very satisfied.
Miles Kimbrough: Going on my second year living here with my partner and we love it!! Great location and community!
Jen Ault: Update! Here 8 years now. This place is the best. I even have friends that say this complex is more home fleeing than theirs. Love everything about it!I have been living here for 3 years now and as far as apartment living goes I don't really have any issues. The front office staff is excellent and maintenance works hard to keep everything up. The only issue I've ever had is noise from people below me, who really were just inconsiderate of other residents and it was difficult to get them to understand that, even when office staff said something (previous staff). The location is great and safe.
Cassidy Johnson: The Leasing Team are both lovely and helpful. From the beginning, they answered all of our questions and answered every phone call. They have done an amazing job since then of answering questions and communicating with us on things going on in the apartment and if any issues they are quick to resolve the best they can. Maintenance is quick. I've never had one go more than a couple days and when that happens the Office is kind enough to communicate the reason for the delay. There are many fun events hosted by the Office including the pet appreciation event! Thanks to all of your hard work!
Josie Salisbury: After living here for a few months I can honestly say it’s been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! The staff are so nice and accommodating! They try to have I think three or four community events a month, I recently went to their pet picture one and loved the set up they had and the pictures I got back of my dog were so stinking cute! The Maintenace workers are always fast and fix whatever problems we have.
G_Bizcuitzz: Being here has been one of the nicest places as far as making me feel at home. The people are nice as far as neighbors and the front office is wonderful. They are as prompt as they can be and maintenance is friendly and they genuinely try to fix things. It's a good community to be.
Dhruvisha Patel: Worse place to live, dangerous insects and bugs appears inside of apartment. How many time you make complains they don’t do anything. They close your maintenance request without completion of maintenance.Very dangerous place to live.Everyday you live with fearEven though pest control was completed, bugs are keep appearing because of poor construction and gaps in apartment walls. I have requested so many time to fix the gaps but they never done it.I sent emails but never get reply back.
Hailey Blair: We toured here last weekend with Joyce and she was SO amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the property and had a very welcoming personality. She also called and emailed to follow up with us which was very thoughtful! During a stressful day of touring apartments, she was definitely a light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you Joyce!
Ali M Goodin: I’m currently on the hunt for an apartment after getting a new job. I stopped in without an appointment and the leasing consultant Joyce was super helpful! She was so nice and got us started right away. She explained all of the different options regarding floor plans, amenities, etc. and gave an awesome tour. She answered all of our questions we had and went above and beyond. She even mentioned that she was relatively new, and we were quite surprised! She was so knowledgeable about everything. We will definitely be in touch with her and Silverton when we move later this year! Joyce was so sweet. Literally made my year !
Ali Farhadi: Roaches and rats are everywhere if you live on the first floor. I don't know about second and third floor! You can hear upstairs neighbor if they walk and you can't sleep if they decide to use washer and dryer at night. These are all due to poor quality floor material and tiny walls. There are some additional charges that will be added to the rent. Be aware of those charges when you are looking for an apartment in the area. Maintenance will be usually a touch up. Prepare to have the same issue over and over. I have had my AC leaking. They did not fix the problem. They brought a noisy machine to dry it and then painted the wall to cover leak footprint. The machine was in my apartment for over a month! There are tone of selections in the area that you can choose from. My advice to those who read my review, pay just a little bit more (may not be actually more given additional charges!) to live in a more comfortable and newer decent apartment.
Taylor Mckaig: I throughly enjoyed my experience with this place. The leasing agent I worked with , Jacob, was thoughtful, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process.Finding a new home can be daunting. Between all the options, tours , and timelines renters face, it is often difficult to decide on a new home with any certainty. However, once I arrived on site I found that the staff was warm and inviting and eager to help any way they could.Jacob explained all my options in great detail, he even provided me precise estimates for different quotes that reflected what I was looking for. He even continued to follow up with me after my tour to ensure any questions I had no doubts about the community or unit.

Woodlyn on the Green Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Damien Small: While I originally rated this complex a 5 stars months ago, I have since changed my mind. There are many issues with communication with tenants and getting issues resolved in a timely manner that cause a lot of frustration. However, I will say it is in a very convenient location and has great value for the price.
Olay Souvanthong: My first apartment here at Woodlyn. Moved in June of 2022 and it was great. Maintenance team was on it other than the heavy damage on the fireplace that never got serviced since day one of my apartment walk through inspection.Halfway through my year lease came the roaches. Now I'm a particularly clean person where I am somewhat germaphobic. So I'm glad that pest control said that it started from the ground floor units. I had a HEAVY infestation and I sent multiple emails while it was a light-moderate infestation through their Resident Portal. Seems like no one cares to ever look there until I called in to have it taken care of four weeks later. I asked everyone in my building if they had any roach problems and if anyone received any help. EVERYONE called in their pest complaint with no one following through. I was told that pest control would come to my unit once a week until the pest issues was resolved... They only came ONCE for the initial spray down. Pest control needs to fumigate and spray that entire building before allowing anyone else to move in or renew. I would place 2-3 sticky trap out every three days for three months since it was ALWAYS FULL of adult and newborn roaches.I have even given my two months notice of vacating through Resident Portal and received an email a month later stating that I haven't given any notice of renewing or vacating.Neighbors around my building would constantly leave trash out on the stairways or on the parking lot. Dog owners are negligent about picking up after their dogs at the dog park - I picked clean the entire dog park to set an example, but the day that I did that, the waste bin was missing so I left it where the bin would normally be so everyone could see and follow suit of cleaning after their dogs. It was going great and everyone was following until one owner decided to be lazy and then once again, the domino effect took place towards the unfavorable direction. But other than that, GREAT location! Close to plenty of stores, restaurants, gas stations, and the highway. Never had trouble finding parking in front of my building. Neighbors were quiet during late hours. Maintenance was quick to respond to my other issues. And front office team could do better by checking Resident Portal emails rather than direct personal work emails.
Tammy Ann: I looked at these apartments at least a month prior. I had a family emergency and everything was put on hold. I reached out about an apartment I was interested in, asked a few questions and was sent the invite to start the process. I filled out all the information got all my pertinent paperwork in like my pay stubs and bank statements, renters insurance etc. Was approved same day. Paid all my fees deposit, hold fee, and remaining rent that would be due for the month. They also use a company that breaks down your deposit upon approval by the company. It is very helpful if you do not want to or unable to come up with the full deposit. Resha was amazing, she answered any and all questions I had and accommodated my crazy schedule to get all my ducts in a row to move in on time. It was a very smooth and easy process. Resha is great. She's helpful has a great personality and demeanor about herself. I just moved in and still getting things together, but I'm happy about my decision to call Woodlyn on the Greens home. I worked with Resha in particular, but everyone in the office has been cordial and friendly. Overall a great experience. I added a few photos to see the inside.
Chris Fahnestock: Location is great, but the office has the worst case of 'not my problem' I've ever seen. Appliances stop working and no one from maintenance responds to work requests (going on a full week without working appliances now). The office gives you a run around about everything unless it involves you giving them money. There's more that I could list so just save your time and money and look elsewhere.
Syed Hassan: Absolute rip offs! They lied me about my internet / cable! It's literally unusable I'm having to get a new connection and also pay the leasing office $80 / month for nothing! The leasing office and maintenance is slow and they don't care about you, the apartment was never ready when we moved it was so dirty we had to hire professional cleaners which should have been done by the leasing office, they will lure you by talking nice and showing you good units but as soon as you sign the lease you're just another unit to them. Also if you like to live here feel free, this is the condition they keep the apartment building it has never been cleaned even after complaining multiple times to the leasing office.
Dave Laudeman: The wifi pw I was given was wrong. I was given an address to pick up my TV boxes and that address was no longer in use. So I had to find another one on my own.
Chantele Epps: If I could rate this community a zero, I would without hesitation. When I initially moved into the Woodlyn community, it was decent at best. My apartment needed additional maintenance, however, I knew it would take even more work than they wanted to provide. Honestly, the issues should have been fixed prior to my move in. There were always issues with neighbors not properly disposing of trash and/or picking up behind pets. There were days where we’d have to walk over trash to access our home. I’ve even had an incident where trash was thrown in front of my door intentionally. Unfortunately, I’ve complained several times, yet no true consequences followed. Only memos were put on doors instead of properly investigating. Additionally, the pest control was not up-kept either. Many of the apartments are eye sores with broken blinds and trash thrown about. We’ve had countless incidents of roaches, spiders and other insects that we had to exterminate ourselves. The management team has also changed throughout my stay. I never felt like my concerns were addressed properly. These residents continue to destroy this community because they know the leasing team will not put in the effort to action concerns. I would not recommend this community, especially to those raising children. This has been the WORST leasing experience I’ve ever encountered.
Ally D. Southstar: DO NOT MOVE HERE!! After 3 years and regular rent increases, we found the property is not worth the rates they charge. The office staff is not helpful at all, indifferent and inconsiderate. The trash cans are always overflowing and stink. There was a sewage leak by the tennis courts and instead of having the health hazard cleaned properly, they just left it, toilet paper and all. The dog park is not maintained properly. The landscaping is barley touched. The pools are only open 4 months and the grills don't work. The gyms are not cleaned regularly. All this on top of not making repairs to units or amenities in a timely fashion. What they show on the website is not what you actually get. They spent thousands on upgrading their front office, but cannot spend funds making sure the units & amenities you pay for are maintained. Im not sure whats worse the building quality or the staff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Comedian PamelaChanel: While the parking lot project is going on can we get our apartment numbers on the parking so we can have guaranteed parking since paying $1800 plus? Why should we continue to be left without parking when individuals are moving four and five peoplein with cars Other complexate parkingin our complex. I struggle constantly for parking! And I have spoken with management several times.
Savannah Novotny: If I could give this place zero stars I would. The roaches infest the building during summer. Very broke and run down buildings, the rent is way overpriced. I’ve had multiple water leaks in my apartment. Not to mention when I was in the hospital for a couple days and they towed my car out of the parking lot and charged me for it. And no they don’t give out parking passes. Their communication is terrible and they don’t care about their renters. My advice to you is to rent somewhere else
Sequoia Dozier: Did not have a working fireplace upon moving in, took them 5 months to fix, along with having a high electric bill due to lack of working fireplace.. poor communication. Still no resolution
Donald Sutton: Overall it's been great!I've read the reviews and so far not too much to complain about...I do have an issue with the dogs in the building! My sunroom smells like it's a pack of dogs living in there!! I've told management about this and the problem hasn't been resolved.
Christopher Ruiz: Great pricing, amenities, and location. Can't ask for more in a home
Harley R.: Honest review: great location, nice staff but... My unit was old, noisy, drafty and in general not great shape. Little things, but lots of them: misaligned doors, mismatched paint and wall textures, Old, warped bathtub. Mouse and roach issues, The "sunroom" is not climate controlled, Only 1, mandatory mediocre internet option. Trees liked to fall down. A lot. Worst part: Almost $300 rent raise after my first year... I can't say don't rent here but I will say this: don't sign a lease without seeing your EXACT apartment first. Make sure it's a place you would be okay with possibly paying a lot more for down the road. I did not do that.
Kenny Bacdayan: The Leasing staff makes a lot of mistakes that affects the residents. Living here has been a consistent challenge. Cockroaches everywhere!
Shaon W: The unit I moved into was dusty & dirty. The only thing it looks like was done was new carpet. Walls were extremely nasty. I even asked for touch up paint so I can do it myself. A whole month later, still waiting!
Nicki Elliott: Lived here for 1 year in 2022. The outside of the building was infested with thick cobwebs and bugs along the outside windows. Called the office several times and they said Maintenance was going to come and power wash the cobwebs but they never once did in the 1 year I was there. The buildings and grounds are dirty with roaches, cobwebs and trash with no upkeep. Cockroaches were a regular sighting inside our apartment. Called maintenance because we paid for a “pest control fee” and no one ever came to “spray.” The police were also a regular sighting late at night around the complex. Car robberies and apartments broken into. Complaints and maintenance requests were ignored.
Sarah Feeney: I've lived here for a year now and have had mostly minimal issues. Maintenance is always at my door within a couple of days of any requests I've submitted. The Greenway Trail walking distance from most of the apartment buildings is a huge plus!! I had zero issues when I moved in last year and most of the staff is very friendly. And I LOVE my 1 bedroom floorplan (open layout, the sun room is AWESOME). Why I rated 4 stars and not 5: Because the buildings are not insulated well and not very renovated, bugs easily get in, ESPECIALLY the summer time (being in the south this isn't too shocking). The property isn't very clean and certainly not that presentable; the tenants on the property clearly at cause of this, as the gym and pool area are almost always unkept with things broken. Overall, I've loved living here, but the rental rates make the cons worth it.
camryn baune: My boyfriend and I moved here in November, our very first apartment together and I can not thank the office staff for being so friendly and making this process so easy for us! We have truly enjoyed living here so far. We have had a few small maintenance issues but the maintenance staff was very fast to coming and fixing it for us! Recently we had an issue with our AC not turning on and a wonderful staff member was there within hours to fix it and even replaced our air filter for us without us even asking! We really enjoy living here!!
Crystal Trotter: If there is any advice I would give anyone thinking of moving here is do not. The apartments are older and the buildings have not been very well maintained. There are endless bugs especially water bugs. There are also rats and mice in the buildings. The neighbors above me had to move due to a mice infestation. The model apartment looks very nice but the actual apartments are nothing like that. They did upgrade appliances and fixtures so they get a star for that but that was about it as for their “renovations”. The windows are old and dirty with bugs and debris everywhere. Again do not move here.
DeAndra mccrae: The move in process was very easy and the staff is friendly.
