Grace Whitley: My husband rented as part of a group as he was a groomsmen in my brothers wedding. When he showed up the day of the wedding with his rented suit he realized that the white shirt he was given was a completely different style than the entire rest of the bridal party and very obviously different despite giving the same group number to the store as everyone else had. He had to borrow another shirt so that he did not stand out as much. Completely unacceptable for the amount of money spent to rent to receive an entirely different shirt. When we complained to the store they did not even offer a partial refund and refused to do anything to compensate for the stress and frustration that they brought on my brothers wedding day. Highly dissatisfied.
John Hostetter: Practices deceptive advertising by consistently lying about deals and promotions. Promises retail deals but backpedals once you're in the store. Sad and desperate - don't bother.

Harmon Neatfeld: Went in today to pick up some new threads for a wedding I’m attending in a few weeks. The place was freakishly busy, but Sebastian was on it, making sure the customers were all being taken care of and he helped me pick out what I was looking for. Will be back.
Jairo L.: My experience at Men’s Warehouse in Cary was probably the worst I have ever had. I am in a wedding party just looking to pick up the same pants and jacket as my fellow groomsmen. The service at this location is rude, disorganized and failed to meet promised deadlines that they set over and over. It is clear that this store is poorly run and doesn’t value their customers’ time or business. Avoid this location and consider avoiding Men’s Warehouse altogether.

Maia Jordan: Went here to have a bow tie tied for my son. Everyone pointed to a particular gentlemen when asked. Elliot, stated he could only tie it if my child was fully dressed. Lie.. as I’ve had bowties tied at Ashworths in Fuquay a number of times. After I showed him that this bow tie comes apart -he finally relented an tied it. For anyone looking to do business here GO TO ASHWORTHS IN FUQUAY. Better quality suits, ties, pocket squares, cuff links etc AND they know how to tie bow ties, ascots and anything in between WITHOUT the hassle.

David Ramlal: I have worn tuxedos on several occasions and am aware of the nuances for good fit/alterations etc. Maybe things have changed, but my experience at this location left much to be desired.Wish I had known they had a check-in APP for rentals, because I would have done so before leaving home. The store was very crowded, with limited signage on where rentals were located. While waiting, we noticed how much attention customers were receiving from other reps, but this was not the case when our turn came.The rep working with us (Mike) seemed bothered to do his job. He was irritated to work with us and provided abrupt responses to our inquiries. Such a horrible experience for my son's first tuxedo experience. I could go into all the details here, but why should I provide them any constructive advice? I am still shocked at how friendly the other reps were vs. the one working with us. We left after working with Mike for lest than 2 minutes, and we took our money with us.This store could use some sensitivity, inclusivity and customer service training among others. They seem to depend on the fact that there is no other competition nearby, so customer service is not a priority. If customer service is not important to you when spending your money, then go here. Otherwise buyer BEWARE...
Leigh Nauman: Mike is awesome. Walked in and he had a suite picked out that fit with in 5 min. The whole outfit was picked out in 10 minutes.
David Bunt: Great selection. They also have shirt that fit an athletic build so it doesn’t look like I’m wearing a tent.

The BULLETPROOF UMBRELLA: I don't think these guys get enough credit. I actually now tip my stylist Billy . 20% of the bill for his wealth of knowledge and sheer love for his customer service. Great prices, I purchased a couple made to measure suits and several custom shirts.
Aaron Love: I went in for a tux fitting last week and it was a great experience. Clyde helped me out and he is a really nice guy who is great at his job. I would definitely go back to this location.
Christine Lantry: I just spent two hours at the Cary location with my son. We hit the jackpot with our salesperson Julian. It was as if we had our own personal shopper and cheerleader. He was amazing and kind. He helped us put together a gorgeous suit, shirt and bow ties. Men’s Wearhouse in Cary is very lucky to have him. People - let’s take a page from Julian’s book. Extraordinary!

Robyn H: Don’t go here unless you know exactly what you’re looking for, if you need help and guidance trying to find the right pair of new shoes this is not the place you’ll get it! There were only 2 people working in the store and both stood at an empty checkout. When I asked the girls if one of them could please help me they exchanged looks like neither of them wanted to be bothered. I explained that I had a recent foot injury that hadn’t healed properly and needed to get a pair with as much cushioning as I could get, the only advice she could give was that I should get a pair with memory foam. Do you know how many different types of shoes in this store have memory foam? Pretty much all of them! I walked out with no real help and no new shoes!

Peggy Warner: I had several old large group photos from my daughter's summer camp that had been cheaply taped together and framed. My daughter mentioned that she really liked two of the pictures and asked me to take photos of them with my phone.I decided to reframe just those two photos.The photos themselves were jagged and torn at the edges and too closely cropped for easy framing. The pictures were large and I knew they would be expensive to frame.I looked at Framebridge online because I heard their advertisements suggesting that they were a low cost, high quality option. I found the website a bit confusing and I knew that my old photos would need a lot of careful attention in the framing process. I wasn't comfortable that I would be happy with the result when it was mailed back to me. I was also startled by the price for framing the two photos.I then went to Frame Warehouse and spoke first to Alexa, who seemed new, but determined to do a great job. She took my basic information, made some suggestions and called the manager Christine to review her ideas.Christine took lots of notes on what I wanted. She then suggested a framing approach which would minimize the both the cost to me and the damage that would be visible in the final framed pictures. She framed them herself and got it exactly right.With all that personal service, you would think it would be much more expensive than an online service. You would be wrong! It was 30% less for beautiful pictures, perfectly framed in museum quality glass. Thank you to both Christina and Alexa.Frame Warehouse will be my only stop in the future.I wish that I could rate it higher than 5 stars!

Sandy Yu: Unpleasant staff. Gave them dimensions in CM and the lady didn’t know how to convert to inches. It’s simple calculation and if you want my business you should be able to convert for me without me whipping out my own calculator to feed you the info you need. Overall did not feel welcome here.

We were approached by a gentleman employee who didn’t welcome us just asked what we wanted and said it’s going to be awhile, we are pretty packed up in here. Not a “hello, how can I help you? I’m sorry we are a little busy but we’ll be with you as soon as we can”. It was just a very unwelcoming and rude experience. I guess they don’t need our business. We left and definitely won’t be back.
