Kellie Mears: I offer hesitate to come to Old Navy because I know of their representation but personally experience, but my son loves this store. I did not have any trouble this time. They might be getting better.
Andy Mor: The employees seem to be incompetent. Two employees could not explain a simple return, or why the items could not be returned. The items were past the 30 day return policy so they offered store credit which i accepted. after scanning my ID, they said the return could not be processed but couldn't explain why and just stared at me—I was told to call a number on the receipt to find out why. They looked as dumbfounded as I was. It was the strangest experience I have ever had in a store.

Davis Conway: Will not be going back. Had a $20 reward that I was unable to use because their system needed me to input my birthday. The manager, Angie, refused to override the system and told me her hands were tied. What a joke! Customer service must not be a priority for this location.

Patryk Braun: Used to work at an Express 16 years ago.... Not sure what's up with Malls these days but the store seemed very understaffed. Men's section had clothes not folded everywhere and made it really hard to find anything.
Thieng Niang: Not only did I spend 380 dollars but I left and the alarm went off and it was so embarrassing having people looking at me.

SS Kang (Kangarang): I would give this express a zero star if I could. The store that was supposed to be open until 9:00pm on Friday evening was locked when I arrived at 7:00pm. No big deal if something happened and they were understaffed or something. What really got to me was the employee that taped this on the window in my face and basically gave me a “f” off attitude when I tried to ask a question. I wish she had a name tag so I could identify her. If Express corporate sees this review, it is August 19th, 2022 shortly after 7:00pm ET. Maybe you can see who was working and address this.

Steve Walden: They didn't really have anything in my size, I'm 6'2" and 250 bls. I noticed that all the pictures of models, wearing the cloths, were in their 20's. I need a store where the pictures of models on the wall are middle-aged men like me, and the cloths are made for us. I mean, I think we have more disposable income than the 20 something year olds. Just saying.

kay: Worker forgot to put in a pair of pants i purchased. I called and the person I spoke with said that they would hold it for me. I told them I live far away and it would take a couple of weeks for me to pick it up. They said that was not a problem and to give my name when I arrived. When I got there they did not have it and could not pull up my records of purchase even with my phone number on file. Missed out on a pair of pants I was charged for and never received.
Cash: Lots of cute summer clothes on sale. Can't go wrong with old navy products. Still a good stylish product.

She unfortunately did not share her name. Although when I asked if they were still running the specials she said “the 50% off?” I said yes, I wanted to confirm as you are an outlet store - she said “yeah… you called the outlet store.” And as I was saying thank you, she hung up on me.

Dana Y: Spent 400 on clothing for grand kids on Friday but noticed Saturday one item was not in the bag. Called the store and spoke to the manager name Oscar. Oscar was very rude and came off very racist. I told him I had my receipt and what had happened. He asked for the trans number and what time I purchased my stuff. He then asked what color was I and what did I have on that day. He said he would have to look at the camera to see if I was telling the truth and would give me a call back later. Remind you I had my receipt and only wanted one item missing. The whole time the item was left up front with a note the night I had left it and he should have known that.
Gina Mazzilli: Store was being organized and seemed cleaner than other times I’ve been here. BUT most of pricing at this “outlet” store was much higher than the prices found on old navy’s website. Crazy prices for old navy clothing… Check prices online beforehand and have them price match in store if possible!!
