Laura T.: I went to pick my item that I ordered on wish. Got message stating it was available for pick up there starting nov 26 Due to work I wasn’t able to make it until 12/3. It also stated that item would be returned and I would have a restocking fee on 12/13. So I came and they scanned the qr code on my phone. Actually twice. They searched for a few minutes then came to me and said they couldn’t find it! They said they got a big shipment in Yesterday however they still couldn’t find my package. So I left and when I checked the website and the next day I noticed that it said that it was picked up because they had to scan my code twice and then I had a whole Nother issue because I had put down my name and contact information and I was told the supervisor would call me the next day but she never did today is not a day three and I still have yet to heard from anyone there

I even started visiting some of the stores and I have to say that this Cricket Wireless located off Ramsey Street is the best! I had to give them a 5 star but these people deserve a 10 star. I had forgot to get everyone name but the manager of this store and all her employees provides beyond excellent customer service. Corporate if you are reading this review, I have to tell let you know, this location, your employees, and manager are AWESOME!!!!!!

They are too involved in their own lives on their phones to help customers when they do help customers is always in ill manner. At jobs with the phone loud on speakerphone people talking about guns and bulletproof vest which is not appropriate for the workplace. We are customers treated like a inconvenience for them to help or to answer questions or do their job.

James Platt: I got a new phone here to use as an add on to someone else's 5 line plan. They charged me a 35. fee, and the phone was 'free'. But the phone did not work right. It will not connect to wifi with my home router. My old phone, my gf's phone, and my desktop tower all connect to it just fine. But since this phone will not, they told me to get a new router. Nonsense. I then discovered that I cannot sign in to Fb either. They said I could trade it for a new phone. Meanwhile the employee wiped off the screen- and I mean rubbing it hard for a couple minutes- with his shirt, creating a scratch. And since it had a scratch I can't exchange or return it. How convenient. I went to a different Cricket store the next day and at least they were nice and helpful. I will never go to this location again for anything and would not recommend anyone else does either!

Sandra Nodine: They need lower chairs in the store for people.with disabilities that aren't able to sit on the stools without falling. The management doesn't seem to be understanding in that area and when you ask for a lower chair they say they can't. It's a liability.

Han Jang: This is just a review regarding the food because I personally don't care about the other amenities. Is it the best food I've ever had from a restaurant? No. But it's pretty good. All the classics that I would expect from a country club are solid. Their brunch and holiday buffets are excellent. My favorite part of any club is the chicken salad, and Highland's is perfect. Love that it's available at the snack stand while golfing.
