Bre: Been a loyal customer of the owner for years. I needed a new phone asap and went to his business to buy a phone . I just needed something to hold me over until i got something better. Now mind you since he "knows me"he would give me a great deal. He showed me a Samsung Galaxy i405. All i knew at the time of the purchase is that it was that it was a galaxy. Now mind you i trusted him so i did no prior research as to how much the phone would cost. I asked him how much he told me $90 bucks. I was cool but later on a few hours later this phone couldn't even download Instagram or snap chat and I also had found out that my boss had a note 2 for sale for only $100 bucks. So i tried to take the phone back and just guess how much he was going to give me to trade it back in?? $25 was his offer. After leaving the business upset i googled and found out that this phone retails for only $35. He made more than double on his initial investment on the phone shiest is not even the word for this man. I am no longer doing business with him after 4 years of buying phones, he is a liar and will get over on you if you decide to trust him. Moral of the story trust no one and do your research before going to him about anything. He even tried to get me to "just give" him my LG "43INCH flat screen brand new but the screen had cracked in it. He said people usually just give it to em because there is no way you can fix it. That should've been a red flag!

Aj Jones: Guy dosent know anything about phones. Sold me a phone for $250 assured me that it would work for the job i was getting, found out next day that it wasnt going to work with my job, although he assured me it would. Called him he said he would buy it back from me for $50.

Logan Butler: Entitled? I am entitled to the cell phone case I bought from you back in September. You gave me a case that was the wrong size. I brought it back within 10 minutes. You said you didn’t have one for my daughters phone so you said you would order it. I’ve been waiting since September. So when I came by yesterday November 8 I asked for a refund and you lost your mind on me opening your drawer and slinging around a $1 bill saying you don’t have any money. I then asked what other cases you had and if you had a 12 available. You said no. I literally looked up and thought about what my other kids phones were to see if you had one of those and you yelled at me saying “DO NOT ROLL YOUR EYES IN MY STORE” I was completely taken off guard by that. I never rolled my eyes. Just simply came by to get my refund. Not entitled and definitely not rude. People need to know what they are waking into before coming into your store. Your the rude one taking advantage of paying customers!

Products are pre-owned, but he's not sketchy and tells you all the things you need to know up front. Would recommend.

Melissa Delossantos: I found Coy's shop on Facebook Marketplace and decided to try his shop. I text the number he provided and he responded right away. Coy was very nice and sociable. He also took the time to inform me of the lifetime guarantee (w/receipt and provided it wasn't your own doing). He is very competent at his work and will have you in and out in no time! The next time I need phone help, I definitely will be going back to him!

Blitz Haven: Amazing customer service!!!! The phone I wanted was sold out but the wonderful man who works here was able to help me order the phone I needed at another cricket location right before close. He helped me on 3/6 at 7:45pm. If any manager sees this give him a raise!!!
Dennys Garcia: They will still charge you a protection plan for $8 even, though you don’t want it. You’re best bet is to go to Walmart and get the SIM card and activate your new line yourself . If not they charge $25 activation fee and $10 for the esim.

Laura T.: I went to pick my item that I ordered on wish. Got message stating it was available for pick up there starting nov 26 Due to work I wasn’t able to make it until 12/3. It also stated that item would be returned and I would have a restocking fee on 12/13. So I came and they scanned the qr code on my phone. Actually twice. They searched for a few minutes then came to me and said they couldn’t find it! They said they got a big shipment in Yesterday however they still couldn’t find my package. So I left and when I checked the website and the next day I noticed that it said that it was picked up because they had to scan my code twice and then I had a whole Nother issue because I had put down my name and contact information and I was told the supervisor would call me the next day but she never did today is not a day three and I still have yet to heard from anyone there

Red Head: I switch to Cricket today but before I made that move, I did research. I research their plans, service, locations and everything. I even started visiting some of the stores and I have to say that this Cricket Wireless located off Ramsey Street is the best! I had to give them a 5 star but these people deserve a 10 star. I had forgot to get everyone name but the manager of this store and all her employees provides beyond excellent customer service. Corporate if you are reading this review, I have to tell let you know, this location, your employees, and manager are AWESOME!!!!!!

DJ: I would give it 1/2 a star if possible. I arrived on a Sat afternoon and when I walked inside there was nobody inside. Through the front window, I could see a male out front smoking a cigarette. He clearly saw me looking at him, as he looked at me. I thought...no way this is an employee, watching me stand and pace through the store, while he smoked a cigarette. Same male then reappeared inside and said he didn’t see me. I let that slide. He then went to the back of the store, claiming to search for some merchandise, shut the door and never returned. After standing and waiting...again, I eventually walked out and drove to another location. Highly recommend NOT using this location. Highly recommend some QC for hired staff.

Now I walk in the store this mix boy mixed with white and black is laughing whats funny I paid for a brand new phone that I cannot use......

Michael Bennett: They were very quick and friendly, but unfortunately their screen replacement parts seem to be cheap. Had them replace my screen on my iPhone 11 and now it glitches about 50% of the time. Also the quality of the pixelation seems very bad. I don’t necessarily blame the store, but I feel as if better parts could be used.
Sade Johnson: Thought I was satisfied but I’m not, paid to get my back glass of my 14pro max replaced to save having to drive to Apple Store, got it back and the flash did not work, took it back and got the flash fixed, got it back and now the back glass is cracked again, I blame myself because I have Apple Care Plus and should have just took the drive, selling this iPhone and getting a new one immediately, my husband kept telling me to only have apple repair the phone and I should have listened 🤦🏾♀️Update: the response says I brought my phone back in with the back glass cracked but that doesn’t make sense because I had just had the back glass repaired, it was only $100 for the back glass repair, I will just take my losses, the company is friendly but I should have waited til Apple could repair it, if my phone was cracked when I brought it back I would have paid for another back glass and the flash repair, no one mentioned my phone being cracked when I dropped it off or picked it up, thanks for the offer but I will decline.
