Fred Moore: Went to this location thinking all this time that it was an actual Verizon store, until it came time to buy iPhone 11s for my wife and daughter. They charged us an extra $200 (100 for each phone) over the actual online price the Verizon website was asking for.Come to find out, if we would have went with the 24 month payment plan, and not buy the phones up front, we would have paid $699 instead of $810 each phone. That’s what we were told and it didn’t make sense. It also didn’t make sense to the Verizon rep that I talked to on the phone about it our experience at that particular store.I would recommend that Verizon customers steer clear of this business. It’s disgusting that they got away with tacking on an extra $100 for each iPhone.- It’s as if you’re being penalized for paying for the items up front, instead of buying into financing them for 24 months. It’s a ripoff!
Bobby Locklear: Recently upgraded my phone and while that was an ok experience, I've had trouble since then with my son's phone being suspended. No payment issues, no issues with "just for kids" plan, but something happened during the process of me upgrading that is now disrupting my sons service. I'm currently dealing with this issue for the 3rd time in a week. In store rep was Eddie. I'd advise further training for employees.

Courtney Watson: They are fast and efficient.ButWhen they do so-called phone deals with you, your bill ends up showing something completely different and they can't fix it.For example we got.phones and the deal of the time of purchasing is the phones would be only fifty dollars not a half a grand each that is what we were told. We questioned the person and they said yeah they will be fifty dollars and your bill will only be two dollars and some change a month for each one..well it is not. They are regular prices and we are paying over two hundred dollars now. And they can't fix it for us.So I cannot give them a higher score than this.

We ran to this Verizon store for help and Daniel was awesome. He immediately knew what was wrong and how to get his phone working. He had the phone working within 10 minutes. Daniel was so polite and helpful!! I definitely give Daniel 10 stars!! We will definitely come back to see Daniel for any of our Verizon needs!

His knowledge, his explanation, and his persistent care that I was clear on ever aspect of the transaction was something I've never experienced at a phone store before. I left with no questions, wonders or worries! I will absolutely go back to this Verizon and loved working with Daryl.
April Gibbs (Missyy): A particular employee (sales representative): Daniel ‘Dan’; deserves A RAISE if anyone does! He is a GREAT GUY AND EMPLOYEE! He is so considerate and actually cares about the feelings of his customers! I absolutely love this guy!! Actually went to the extent of going all the way to hope mills from Ramsey street just to ask his opinion on certain things about my account and to ask his advice amongst certain things that I was unsure of doing! He simplified everything I was confused with and made my decision so much easier for me than it was before meeting with him! He knows his job and does an excellent servicing for his customers! Great guy and i highly recommend him to anyone who visits this store in the future! ASK FOR DANIEL!!!

Heather Peters: Thank you to Daniel for saving the day, literally! As the first day as a Verizon customer, I was completely let down by multiple phone reps &’ the Verizon store in Dunn. Dunn sold my PAID FOR phone and cancelled my order to make an in store sale out of greed, despite me already being 45 minutes into an hour drive to pick it up. I was told by multiple phone reps there was nothing they could do, and that I’d be left without a phone or my money back for 5 days over an inconvenience that wasn’t mine. I finally gave up and headed to my local Verizon store for in person help bc phones are no longer luxuries they are livelihoods and I needed me a phone SAME DAY &’ that’s when I was greeted by Daniel. As frustrated as I was walking in, I walked out smiling with my new phone 🙂 He kept me laughing despite the fact I was ugly crying in the car otw there 😂 Thank you Daniel for turning my experience around and being compassionate, you were THE BEST!
