Sierra Bravo: I went to the Skibo Road location this afternoon looking for some help that the Hope Mills contract location had COMPLETELY and UTTERLY screwed up. I was promptly greeted and assigned a spot in line. It seemed like no time at all and we were greeted by Jaylen W. He was completely knowledgeable and understood what we'd come in for. He was extremely professional and courteous. Not only did he rectify the problem AND lower my bill, we walked out with a new phone purchase!!. It is really nice to be able to encounter someone with knowledge, professionalism and and all around love for what they're doing. Thank you Jaylen for your kindness and help you provided us today. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!

I got my phone case and screen protector, which he put both on for me. Also, he figured out how to activate my phone. Tianna O'Brien: Terrible experience with this store. Traded in three phones and two were in store and we ordered the third. The third phone that was ordered was the wrong phone. The customer service representative refused to assist in fixing the issue and said we needed to wait until the phone was mailed to us. This was a lie. We waited and returned the phone to the store. The phone was returned one month ago and refunded. The taxes on the phone were not reimbursed and we were told they would be once the phone was sent in. It’s a month later and the store has not returned the phone and I haven’t gotten the tax money back. Furthermore when we purchased the phones we also purchased two Apple Watches. We had planned on purchasing one but were told they were buy one get one free. So we got two. Now we have a bill for the second one. This customer service representative no longer works at the store but the store refuses to help rectify any of these situations. We’ve been online with support for two hours and on hold at the store for a manager for half an hour. I have never been so disappointed in the way a situation was handled. I’m hoping it is resolved soon. I will also file a complaint with the BBB as I am a customer who pays on time and holds up my end of the agreement. ATT does not seem to care about it’s customers or want to resolve this issue.

I just went to buy a sim card and Delia (staff) reset my phone by mistake and then she started searching in YouTube how to solve it because she lost all of my data, pictures, apps and everything. The manager Caleb didn’t know anything about phones either and he recommended me to search for a technician even when they were the ones that messed up everything. What a nightmare to go there

Mark Worrell: Was told to return our Direct TV box to this AT&T and no one there could return it. After driving 46 minutes I was very disappointed after leaving another AT&T office on which the manager was new and didn't have all the codes for returning the box. Very bad service for a company like AT&T. We ended up going to UPS the next day.

logan clark: store says they have no phones in stock but online it says they have just about every kind of phone in stock. Dont knkw whats going on here but they isnt good for buisness and isnt good customer service!!!
