user: I bought a phone from Facebook marketplace, and it was advertised unlocked, i spend $225 dollars on it just to find out it was locked. After being on the phone with sprint for an hour and being given the runaround, i came to this place and Max unlocked my phone within 30 minutes, for a very fair price. Needless to say, after the stressful day i had trying get my phone up and working, Max was a breath of fresh air. He was super kind, super helpful, answered all of my questions in a very professional manner, and had great conversation while we waited. 10/10 experience, I’ll be recommending it to my friends! THANK YOU MAX, you’re AWESOME.Oh, and this place even has a beautiful jewelry selection, earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets, all for cheap! ❤️

I spoke to someone using the number on the door who told me to go Facebook scan in my barcode for my wish items and that will stop it from automatically being returned. Not so returned anyway, yes it was the last day , but their the ones that was closed...Once i receive all my items from wish I'll never use this establishment again!!! Wish i could give them a negative 0 instead of a 1.

The employee didnt show up and the support tech Alex in Raleigh hung up on me and said he would not be helping me. I drove to the fayetteville location driving almost 30 mins each time and none was there. It wasn't lunch time and I was told someone would be there.I did let the f bomb slip referring to the time I spent going back and forth and the gas money I spent. I did not cuss at the rep but as I was apologizing for the language , once again not directed to said employee I was told I wasn't receiving the items I ordered and then hung up on. Not sure how that would warrant his response to his customer. If you listen to the recording I was nice the whole time to the rep. Even after being hung up on. Also , I drove last week and this week as I told the employee. So I'm not "lying" as I was called a liar . I had a friend in the car 2 of those times. Today being my 3rd time. I was told someone would be there at 3 after I drove . Thinking most businesses won't put on their signs when they are available if they aren't. According to these reviews it's quite obvious I'm not the only one having an issue with employees being available at the times being told. This has never happened to me as far as this kind of customer service. An owner calling me a liar and defending an employee whom I was nice to until he hung up on me. I'm in total shock.

Amber Buentello: Went in on the 7th to get my kid a new phone. Lady lied said she would close one phone line and open a new one for a free phone. 2 weeks later she takes it apon herself to open a 6th line on my account without permission and "verified" my husband ID. Even though he never went in the store that day. She never closed the other phone line and never even took care of my screen protector issue. Now I'm stuck paying for an extra line with NO phone for it. Do not go to this store. She was helping 3 people at once and didn't prioritize her customers properly. Also with lying and fraudulent activity on my account. Do not trust them and get everything in writing!!!

Service was good, Coral was helpful and seemed to be knowledgeable in the plans/benefits/phones, etc. We were switching from 55+ Essentials to 55+ Magenta Max, and getting new phones - S23 Ultra for me, iPhone 14Max for my husband. We were told - and I asked repeatedly to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding - that my S23 Ultra was "on T-Mobile" and I wouldn't be paying anything for it, and my husband's iPhone would be half price, since we were upgrading to Magenta Max (and yes, as long as we kept the service for 24 months). We traded in S9's (both of us). Well, as it turns out, we were given incorrect information - again, repeatedly - as the promotion only gave me an $800 credit, and my husband a $200 credit. Didn't find this out till I called T-Mobile to find out why my bill was more than what we were expecting... Feels like a bait & switch, and a "tell them whatever you need to so they'll sign" situation. Unfortunately, I don't believe there's anything we can do but gripe and warn others to watch out for similar promises.But we both like our new phones, and haven't had any other issues with T-Mobile.

Jennifer Wingfield: This location is horrible. Recently transferred all lines except one from Verizon to T-Mobile in NJ. My son is stationed in NC. We were told by T-Mobile that we had to open a line as a space saver and the NC location can use it and provide my son with a new SIM card. Because NC will not get the commission for the line they are trying to make us pay a fee for a new line or new SIM card. Ridiculous and horrible customer service..
Roger S: My experience was great. Let me share it with you. I had problems with my carrier (Verizon) increasing costs and quietly removing their military discount for my plan. It became clear that I needed to shop around and explore my options with other carriers. I spent the whole day on the phone, yesterday, with AT&T - and it didn't feel right. I didn't like the options they offered or the lack of transparency. Today, I went to the T Mobile store at 4733 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC. When I first went in, I thought they might not have enough associates there to help their customers. I only saw 2. I patiently waited as other customers came into the store. They weren't so patient, and several left. However, after a short wait, I had the pleasure of getting "Kayla" as my sales associate. How lucky that I was! My situation was complicated - transferring 3 lines and the associated data plans. I knew, generally, what I was interested in before I walked into the store, which helped. Kayla helped me, step by step, through the entire process. I couldn't have dreamed of having someone so nice and thorough. Anything that she didn't know, she asked a fellow associate ("Kallie") who was also very helpful. It took awhile to get everything transferred, but I worked with Kayla all the way through the process - and got it done. I know what I'm getting with the plan. My phones are all good to go, now, under the T Mobile service. Best of all, I met some really nice associates, there, who helped me from beginning to end. Kayla was awesome, and so professional and nice. Kallie was awesome, too. The other young lady in there was really nice, as well. I don't know a lot about T-Mobile as a brand...etc. I just know that they had some great people patiently helping me, and I'm so very grateful for this experience. It made my day. Thank you to those employees for being so patient and helpful. Truly. It was a great day, today!

The energy felt off, and it didn’t appear any of the employees cared to be at work or cared about their job… not sure if this is the culture that t-mobile has created but the only way to discover it is to try a different store all together… can’t recommend the store on Skibo due to simply the lack of even being greeted… not even we will be with you in just a moment…

But we were having a lot of problems with the cell service we’ve been with since I got my first cell phone after high school like 15 years ago. We tried everything we could to not switch but they wouldn’t stop raising their prices to the point we were about to shut off having a phone line period. The guy at the store in HM kept giving us false promises and instead of lowering our bill made it go even higher!!! And said there’s nothing he can do to fix it we had to call corporate, but corporate repeated the same saying the store had to fix it. After several several back and forth we saw T Mobile having a switch promo. Super glad we went there!!! Our sells rep was awesome and so very helpful!! Then we went back again with minor issues that the manager fixed due to our sells rep not being there that day. Over all we really appreciate the service!! Highly recommend!!

The person that helped me was wonderful...but I think the company does not do a good job of providing visible communication as to when you can enter the store or why you can't. It was confusing until I finally got into the store myself and asked. Then it made sense. I would post more information around the entrance and the lines that form, so people know. My wait time was over an hour...and there were only two people in the store and I was 2nd in line.
