Shafika Hanna: I was all set to have some fun but when I got there the door was locked. There were dozens of signs on the doors and one said you had to be a member. I rang the bell and noticed a security camera. No one responded. I saw people coming in and out so they were definitely open. If you're newly transplanted to the area don't bother to go... you won't get in. Bummer.

S R: It is 11:30pm and the room next to us appears to have turned to TV on with max volume and left. There is no way to sleep. It is so loud in our room that I cannot even imagine. Never experienced anything like this before.They either need to limit how loud their TVs can get or better sound isolate between rooms!I will not bother to call the front desk because I am sure they will be of no help based on the way they interacted when we checked in.Utter waste of $180. What is the point of staying at a hotel if I can’t even sleep!?! So frustrated right now.Update: I gave in and called the front desk around 12:15AM and they said they would call the customer. Around 12:45AM the loud TV noise subdued and we were able to sleep afterwards.

Theresa C C: Pros: Staff is great. They really care about the guests Breakfast was great Cons: my room looked out on a wall & was the same rate as other premium rooms. Mattresses are too hard The noise of other guests above & in hallway was greatly disappointing. Barking dogs @ 7:00 am , kids jumping above @ 11:30 pm- Nope Lesson: why pay $200 when I get the same lowlife guests in a $100 room?

Greg Allen: Simply Amazing. Highly recommend. The entire hotel is spotless. Staff is courteous and friendly. Max (our service dog) felt we were safe and slept through the night.
