Becca Iwinski: This place in mentioned by former slave Sarah Louise Augustus in "My Folks Don't Want Me to Talk About Slavery" by Belinda Humerence. It took me a minute to find the location on the map, as I hadn't realized it was actually still standing. They should absolutely keep this piece of history up for the sake of telling the stories of the souls who went through the atrocities of its' time
SHARON HENDERSON: Nice area, lots of shops and cafes.
jenny rhoden: Great place at the zombie walk
David Reeser: Just happened to be passing through been a long time Fayetteville resident and always thought the market house was a very unique building right there in the middle of that traffic circle. I hate to see it be removed from its original place. I think it needs to be revamped into a museum of some type that's just my opinion
Brian Delrosario: Open to the public. The Latin dancers from nextdoor at Volta Space have been using this space for classes and social dancing lately. Fun times.
Chris Tso: Nice area with lots of restaurants and nightlife.

The Junction at Ramsey and Carver: what do users think?
Jasmine Byrd: I enjoy my stay at the Junction! I’ve been a resident for two years, so it’s been home for me for some time, now. Our neighbors are friendly, we have a huge dog park, and our pool is always the spot to go to! The front office is very responsive and will take care of things to the best of their capabilities and Maintenance usually fixes things handles issues in a reasonable time. There are other companies that helps keep the community beautiful, as well. The events thrown makes residents feel very appreciated. Know that you all are appreciated, too!
Duca Subara: My husband and I have been living in at this apartment since October 2020 and we truly love it! We are a military family and the junction at Ramsey just makes our apartment feel like a home. The maintenance and the apartment staff are so kind and they are always helping us out! We also love how they always have events for their community! 10/10 recommend living at the junction!❤️
London Ashley: Thank you Junction Apartments staff for all your help with my move. I appreciate it.
Elexus Mitchell: I’ve been staying in this complex for (4) years and I think that says a lot without having to type a long story! I love it, it’s peaceful. The complex is well kept and clean, thanks to the maintenance team! There are always amazing fun events in the leasing office, thanks to our office staff! You can look forward to something fun every month. Angie has been in the office as long as I’ve been staying and I can say she is truly amazing and super understanding. Paris, Queara, Carlton, Tim, AJ, and Dave have made the stay here a lot easier!
Avie Moreno: While I was waiting to receive military BAH after getting married, apartment staff and management were really understanding and cooperative. They answered any and every question I had, and were super helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Paris is great at accommodating and assisting in any way possible and the place is great overall. Would definitely recommend!
melissa cocoba: Been living here for about 2 months now. Management is super sweet and quick to answer any questions you have and are happy to help as well. Environment is always clean and safe. It’s been a pleasure so far and I’m happy to be here:)
Donte: Been here for 5 years and have never had one complaint. Staff at the office are delightful and are swift to take care of any concerns I have.
Matty Combs: I’ve lived here for over a year and the staff has been nothing but friendly and professional. They’re super kind to our family and have always helped us with any problems or inconveniences! Love this complex.
Sasha Hamilton: Love all the community events!!!!! Wine down Wednesday was the best! Been here 2 years now!
Victor M: I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this property the staff is incredible well mannered and extremely helpful would definitely recommend moving here mrs Quearar Mrs Angie and Mrs Paris are truly an excellent management staff
Jessica Landry: Only giving 1 star because Google won’t let me give a zero. Avoid living here at all costs- I’m not being dramatic We lived at the Junction in 2022 and it was a miserable experience. Firstly, security was terrible. We had mutliple breakins and the staff was unhelpful and refused to cooperate with the police. On one such occasion, I was promised twice that I would receive any correspondence with the investigators via email and I received none from the apartment.Secondly, with the exception of Paris, the office staff was incredibly rude. My husband had to call today, two months after we moved out and they were rude today as well. Also, after one of the breakins to my car, the property manager told me to “get over it” and likened my chances of getting broken into at the apartment like my chances of getting broken into at Walmart.Thirdly, several of the amenities we were promised in our lease were unavailable. We were promised a pool with year round access, a car wash, a gym, and a nature trail. The nature trail is non existent. There was no car wash- not even a functioning hose to rise off our cars. Several key pieces of gym equipment were constantly broken. And most notably, the pool was closed for most of the summer. The hot tub did not work the entire time we lived there, but I could not understand closing the pool during May, part of June, and July. Also, pieces of our dishwasher were rusted and broke off within the first month of us living there. Pieces of the sink and cabinets were also falling apart when we moved in.Lastly, the emergency line was never operational. There was several instances I needed emergency assistance and no one answered the line or returned my calls. One time, there was a fire in my kitchen and after calling the fire department I was hoping the apartment authorities would come look at my oven to make sure it was operational after the fire. It was days before anyone came to look at the oven.It was the worst experience I have had with an apartment complex. Monarch should be condemned.
The Ge Baby: THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND LIARS they said we would get a refund and now they are taking TWO MONTHS to give it back and when we call in its a run around and just lies DO NOT do business with them
Lynn Smith: The Junction at Ramsey and Carver is a great place to live! 👍
brian tursich: Great area, friendly community. Admin, Angie V., grounds crew, Tim, Carlton and others, always checking in how things are or asking if there are any issues. Renovations from new floors, doors and windows were complete before move in and staff still checks in to see how things are
Darius Muse: This is a great place to reside at. I have lived here two different times and both times me and my family enjoyed the environment and people. The leasing office crew are very helpful, polite and very good at what they do for you and the neighborhood. The manager Angie is the best I seen there ever I love the way things are ran and the activities they do for the families and kids. I highly recommend this over anywhere else. The price is also great for the amount of space they have
SyleenaDiva Walden: MAINTENANCE MEN ARE 5 STAR!! CARLTON, AJ, DAVE!
Kayne Gonzalez: Amazing people Angie, Paris, Carlton, Tim, Dave and AJ are all so helpful and polite would give you 10 stars if I could
James Jones: I've been living at The Junction for about 3 months now and their service is impeccable. Angie, Paris, AJ, Dave, and Carlton has been great any time I'm in need of something fixed in the apartment. Everyone is friendly and really care about their jobs. They also have a 24/hr access weight room that I use multiple times a week!
Rayan Aljurhanni: One thing I can HONESTLY say is I absolutely loved the staff Carlton, Dave, Angeline, Paris, & AJ have been a tremendous help all throughout my experience at this place from me having missing packages, to me being locked out & them giving me a spare key. They were always right there for whatever we needed and I honestly hate we have to leave.
Keo Al-Jurhanni: The staff is soo amazing here ! i’ve been here for two years and have been nothing but accommodated for any concerns. Angeline, carlton, Aj, paris and dave are so welcoming and kind. unfortunately i’m moving but if my apartment was hardwood floors i wouldn’t think twice about staying. would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Chris Harbinson: Angie and Paris are great to work with! Every time we come by the office they are super friendly and always willing to help. The maintenance is just as awesome! Thank you team Junction for all that you do!

Harley Smith: Such a great experience! We had such a great time with the guided tour, we happened to be the only ones there the day/time we chose to go so we had a wonderful one on one experience with the tour guide that helped us that day. (Really wish I could remember her name, but all the staff was so kind!) Such a gorgeous home with such a rich history. The gift shop was great too, picked up a new book! But they also have toys, candies, and the works. Would definitely recommend, especially for littles, as they have a monthly history bag activity!
V Mars: Very interesting small museum giving a nice understanding of the history of the area. In addition, we had a lovely tour guide (she is from Texas) when walking through the 1897 Poe House who gave fun tidbits about Lily Poe the last resident of the house.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry Free …More

J Hartmi: Nice easy tour. Friendly tour guide
Heidi Thomas: Tour guide was very informative and the exhibits we're very educational. I was very pleased.
Bretton Little: I used to volunteer here and it is a treasure of Fayetteville. You can take a guided tour through the museum or just walk through by yourself for free. The exhibits give true insight into Civil War history in Fayetteville and how the Fayetteville Observer building was burned down. They also give information about what was traded here and what goods were made here as well as pioneer life. It was a hard life but they made it work. The arsenal that was taken by Sherman is memorialized across the highway and the Poe House gives an idea of how a home in 1800s was managed.

The Landing Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Zachary Cooks: Fast and very excellent service
Ryan Lottes: Have had no AC/heat from December till present (JUNE). Management has shown no signs of caring and parts have been "ordered" for months now. They provided one portable AC unit with power to cool 150 square feet with our 1000+ square feet apartment, we asked for another but they said they didn't have the money and it was not an emergency. It was also stated that parts could be delayed because of RAIN. The exterior and interior is crumbling before our eyes, I almost fell down the concrete stairs outside when half of a stair disappeared overnight almost injuring myself. Very dirty apartments when we moved in with lazy repairs. I can tell you first hand it is no fun living in an apartment that is 85+ degrees inside throughout the day and night. I would recommend you look anywhere else to live. Walls and floors are also so thin I can hear my downstairs neighbor walking to their kitchen.
Michael Maloy: Been here for 3 years never had an issue with staff or maintenance. I really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail on property. Jack and Alex have been great!
Andrew Hayes: Great community and a great place to live. Couldn't be any happier.
Conesha J: The apartments itself are nice, comfy. Love my littler year thats coming to an end. That management they have in the office chile is something.Alexandra Rau banged like the police on my door (said because we never come to the door, mind you, that may have been once) then very rudely insisted that I need to move my car because it’ll be towed away. Which I was cool with moving my car, no problem, but her tone was definitely out of line. I for sure told her to check her energy before knocking on my door again, because no ma’am, and ask for whoever is above her I need to speak with, she became very confused of course as to why. Then, not even an hour later received a notice that I was ineligible to renew my lease. Really funny because I was just receiving notices about being able to renew my lease just last Friday. It was done out of spite, I know, but just unprofessional. Deedee would have never! Is all I’m saying
Eric Cotten: Dee dee was wonderful. Alex the new property manager is following wonderfully in DeeDee footsteps. Buzz is wonderful and always gets my work orders done in a timely manner. The pool is lovely to look at. I miss DeeDee but Alex is doing a wonderful job.I am getting disappointed that the grounds are not being kept up as much as they use to. There has been a big decline in this area and I'm tired of walking through tall grass. Where are the groundskeepers?
Kionna Richards: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Alex goes far and beyond to make sure what you need is completed in a timely manner. Maintenance man Buzz comes knocking 10 minutes after a request is put in and gets the job done quickly. Very professional.
Adu Fahm: Awesome job, appreciate Buzz the maintenance guy.
Tyler Kerr: Staff is welcoming and really nice, talked to Alex and Buzz. Property is clean and maintained well. Area is nice and quiet. Gym looked good.
Samantha Hance: Stopped by the office and was able to take a tour. Alex, at the front office, was very welcoming. She gave us a tour on short notice and made us feel like family! The maintenance guy, Buzz, was busy maintenancing but he stopped and chatted a bit, answered some questions we had, super friendly guy. We got great vibes fron the staff here. The property was well kept and quiet and the pool was clean. We felt very welcomed and this would be our first pick if we end up in this area.
Lori White: The property is wonderful and Rita Jones is a great manager.
Hottianne Gordon: I am a new move in but I am already so excited, Alex in the front office went above and beyond to help me and made the transition of moving 100% easier. The community is very nice and I can’t wait to get our new place set up
Freedom 4: DeeDee and Buzz are a great team! They always take care of our work orders fast.
Demetria Mckoy: Cool
sharon mosley: My mom lives at this community and they take such good care of her. The manager helps her fill out certain paperwork for whatever she needs. The maintenance guy is always polite and timely. I sleep better at night knowing she is in a good environment.
Trece Day: Disappointed smh..If I could give no start I would.I went to this apartment complex in January 2022 looking for a first floor apartment . I explained to the property manager, Dee that I was looking to move by the 1st of February because the apartment I was currently living in had a serious mold problem and I am severely allergic to mold. It was causing me illness, frequent ER visits to the VA hospital, abnormal edema and at times I was also experiencing anaphylaxis. I explained this to the property manager and also explained that I needed a first floor apartment and could not move on a second floor due to my physical disabilities in both of my legs. I was told there was a first floor apartment available and no one had applied for it at all. The listing said the apartment would be ready by the 2nd of February but later on I was told the 6th. I was charged a $50 application fee, I had to fill out a application for the apartment and my credit was ran..Hard inquiry matter a fact. During the time I was trying to purchase this apartment, I asked on numerous occasions was the apartment available and I was told each time that it was and no one had applied for the apartment...THAT WAS A LIE! I had been waiting for three days after the date I was told that I would receive a decision. Property manager never called me, so I called her. When I called she said she was about to call me to tell me that I had been approved BUT the apartment I applied for was not available. She had a apartment coming up the middle of February on the second floor. I told her that I explained in the beginning that I could not move on the second floor because of my handicaps and I had to move out my old apartment by February 1st. I also asked her why would she run my credit and take my money for the application fee when the apartment I applied for was already approved for someone else. Of course I never got an answer, instead she told me she would call me the next day at 4 pm. She said that the tenant was selling her house and the people who brought it was suppose to be closing on it that day. I was given the run around about the first floor apartment, application fee was took from me and my credit ran. In the state of NC you can not rent an apartment to two different people that who are not roommates, at the same time nor have anyone to apply for a apartment that is already occupied. I thought The Landing Apartments and Monarch Realty would do the right thing and remove their hard inquiry from my credit and refund me my application fee. Even though they don't return application fees if someone is not approved, my application should have never been accepted, my credit should have never been ran, and my $50 should have never been taken. A month after this incident, I tried to contact Monarch but you can only contact then through email. I emailed them, explained what took place. I gave them both of my cell numbers and p.o. box information. It has now been 90 days since I first applied at The Landings apartments and I have yet to receive a return call nor receive my money back. I am a disabled veteran and I live on a fix income with two daughters that I am providing support. I do not have money to just throw away or give away. All I want The Landing and Monarch to do is refund my money and remove the hard inquiry from my credit.
Tammi McGlynn: Alex was really helpful in finding a place and answering all of our questions!
Macie Johnson: This complex is amazing. Anytime we have questions or requests they are always taken care of quickly. The staff is very personable and makes you feel at home. Also Jack the maintenance man does an awesome job! He handles the requests quickly and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is in working order!
Avery Porro: The maintenance man Jack is super nice and is always happy to help! 10/10
Jessica Butler: The maintenance man I love him so much anything I need help with he comes the same day. If anything messes up he comes and fixes it with no problem. I would say I love this leasing company. They are always making sure their tenants are good.
Claudia D'Amico: Deedee is Amazing. She always caters to every need. She’s always so friendly. You can count on her for everything. I’ve never seen her miss a day of work ! Thanks Deedee !
