Destiny Cowan: This place had false advertising on the website! They gave me a deal for 3 months then changed it to double the price 3 months later. I got a faulty lock and was locked out of my unit. They gave me the wrong gate code. This is a terrible company. Nowhere on the website did it say “we can charge your rate to whatever we want,” or us subject to change!! (even if you are a loyal customer who pays your bills on time). They raise the rates and have rude associate named Paula working at their office on a Owen drive. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!

Initially when I moved, I was only expecting to have to leave them for about 1 year, but my job took me out of state, so it has been longer than expected. When I started out, I was only paying about $145 for both units, but lately it seems you all are increasing me every 3 months!! I would expect a cost review every 2 years, but every 3-4 months!!! It feels as if you want me to not be able to pay it with all the increases so you can confiscate my things! After COVID my income changed DRASTICALLY!!! I just wish you all would consider that and give us a COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment) break. I do trust your place of business. I have avery good rapport with your staff and the customer service reps are ALWAYS respectful and talk to you as if they genuinely are glad you are a customer. Other than the ever-increasing charges, I'm satisfied with this place of business.

Jude Cope: This place provided me storage when I was in a real bind, after a nationally known company simply oversold the storage they had. Amanda was AMAZING by helping me quickly get a unit, running me through how things work as far as payment etc and showing me around. Plus they provide free water. All units are on the 1st floor even the climate control ones which made my move in super easy. The place is extremely secure and there is 24 hr access (I think but check the website). All in all, I ended up at a better place.

Rebecca Lents: Price per month to store my RV was great .. but security system was turned off to reboot and a guy cut the fence and stole my catalytic converter causing thousands in damage. Pretty upsetting when you think you are keeping your items somewhere that has a motion alarm that notifies law enforcement and then find out it was turned off in the middle of the night because it kept going off.

Then she said that "oh, they should have cancelled that ad". But I informed her that ad is still current and that's false advertising. I said no thanks to that and ended the conversation. She actually retrieved my phone number and called me. She said "well you can have the advertised deal but I want 6 mos paid ahead". Again, not covered in the ad.Not good business practice at all!

I have used other facilities in Fayetteville and they were over priced, poor security, full of bugs, and had horrible customer service. I then found Stor-All and have utilized their units several times over the last eighteen years. The facility is clean, reasonable rates, has onsite 24 hour security, multiple size units and truly the best customer service ever! To know my belongings are dry and secure gives me peace of mind. I have recommended them to friends and they were pleased also.The woman who manages this facility is warm and welcoming, a true blessing in assisting with one's storage needs. Give them a try, you will not be dissapointed.

Every unit is also behind a gate with a keypad access! The location of these units are very convenient, just 5 minutes outside of the Reilly and Yadkin gates from Fort Bragg.
