The first room's door had a security latch that was completely sawn through. The second room had not been cleaned after the previous occupant. All three rooms had either cheap or highly worn vinyl flooring that was coming undone. Hooks for the showers were old/warped and as a result occupants had to re-hang the shower liner. One request to replace a broken coffee maker was ignored.I am a regular guest at Sheraton Hotels and have never seen a property in this rough of condition. Would stay away until property undergoes another renovation.

alijah rosario: A group of us came down to NC for Dreamville fest. We found this hotel last minute as hotels were booking very quickly. When we got to our room within 30 mins or so my friend saw a roach crawling. It was moving so we had to move stuff in order to kill it. I called the front desk immediately. He offered us another room if we wanted to switch. We thought about it and headed downstairs to talk more with him. As we’re going downstairs we see 2 more roaches in the hallway. When I get to the lobby I explained to the guy that there are more than one. He stated pest control came to spray today and that’s why they’re coming out everywhere and that our room is near storage room so they’re near us….. and again offered another room. We told him how are you going to know that it’ll be clean. Mind you, I asked him to inspect the new room and he wouldn’t. He just stated “ I am sure.” But we told him no there’s no way to know as we’ve already seen so many roaches. We asked about a refund and he said that if we want a refund we have to check out.. we go back up to discuss and find another hotel as a lot of hotels are sold out. As we are getting our stuff together we MORE roaches!!! So we hurry and get downstairs ! When I get down there this time there’s a higher up person. I asked who he was and the front desk said he’s the Night Shift manager. The manager looks to us and says oh why are y’all checking out. Is there an issue do you guys want another room? I said absolutely not there are roaches everywhere. The manager heads outside. As I’m discussing the refund, the guy isn’t telling me the right information so I clearly get upset. The manager comes back says again do y’all just want another room. I said no we are getting out of here right now there are roaches I am not staying here. The elevator was broken down. It would move before the doors closed. There’s no inspection sticker whatsoever. This place shouldn’t be operating at all!

La habitación estaba impecable, casi queríamos cancelar nuestros planes de quedarnos. Estábamos a pocas cuadras de nuestro restaurante favorito y era muy fácil caminar y disfrutar de la excelente comida en el centro. Ron Ruffner: What a wonderful place to stay in Raleigh. The only problem...we only stayed one night. We will definitely stay again. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. We loved the place!!! Of note, if you buy the little ghosts (we bought 2), which are awesome, pack them in your checked luggage. Airport security didn't like them, LOL. Great place, look no further for a place to stay in Raleigh.

Richard Lamb: Helpful, generous and knowledgeable staff. Great location for walking to the visitor center, downtown library, art gallery and many restaurants. Great fireworks show for New Years. Less than two minute walk to a food court with live weekend music at the Transfer Company. I even took an art lesson from artist Barb Cherry at Art Space, an art gallery five minutes from The Guest House.

Zakary Hartford: My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it. The space is beautiful. It is evident that a lot of care and thought went into the design, appliances, and furniture in the beautiful space. The bed was really comfy and the whole place was spotless. They provide yogurt, fruit, and granola for breakfast and there are drinks and snacks available for purchase. The location is perfect and there are a ton of great coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Raleigh, we loved it!

Kevin Bacon: Just stayed for two nights. I think I had the whole house to myself. Elegantly designed, meticulously clean, super comfy bed, and all the final touches were thoughtful. You can walk to anywhere in downtown from here. I have my go-to when I come back to Raleigh.

Doug Guthrie: Centrally located among bars and entertainment which is very convenient. On weekends make sure you have a noisemaker(or sleep sounds), if you want to sleep early in the evening as the bars stay open until 2am, at least on Friday night's. Raleigh Beer garden is very close and highly recommended.Posibilidad de caminar: Everything is real close. Alex Thomas: Do not stay here. It is incredibly loud at night from the music coming from the nightlife directly next to hotel. Also the fourth floor smelled terrible.

We met Josh who is the evening manager. He made us feel so welcome. He went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home.Josh invited my three little girls to an evening craft activity to commemorate the 4th of July, which they enjoyed. Knowing we were a family with young kids, he moved our room to the quieter side so vibrant night life was less impactful to our sleep. Every interaction I had with him made me feel like I was the only customer in the hotel.Josh is the type of leader and manager that Hilton should be proud of. I would gladly stay here again because of him and how he provided an excellent customer experience. Thank you! Will return next time passing through.

Brooke Godbey: First we booked a double room for $89 but when we arrived there was a mixup and our reservation was changed to a single and we had to pay $146 plus a $100 deposit (that we will get back at checkout) mind you it was a room gor myself and 3 kids, 2 of them are teenagers so had to make a trip to Wal-Mart to buy an air mattress and extra blankets because the hotel will not give you any extra bed linens. Room beside keep kids awake half the night and can't even take a shower because the only part that works is the faucet. This place is not worth $5 a night and you can't even walk outside at night without being hounded by random people asking for money.

Ronald Sage: Working on upgrading the hotel. Rooms are small, but good for a one night stay. Parking is killer behind a very busy gas station. Great price though.

Soccer Memes: I got 2 nights but first night my son and I saw roaches and rat. We checked out early and paid the penalty. The staff aren’t friendly. Not a good vibe. Don’t waste your time.

TArnished Voices: Please read I've stayed a night in this hotel I payed 75.00 dollars for two beds as soon as I got to the hotel I noticed its lobby was under construction as well as the no smoking signs posted everywhere but I'm tired and sleepy so I press on anyhow as I entered my room I noticed that the telephone was missing and the individual reading lights also. had I known the whole hotel was under construction I wouldn't have stayed the night so brushed it off and as the night presses on I noticed roaches crawling out off the air vent I could hear everything that was happening outside even though my window was closed to make matters worse women of the night are prowling around I didn't even feel safe walking to the store that was no more than 100 feet away. When I bought these matters to management's attention he told me I could leave if I didn't like it. So I asked a bout a refund and he said no refund but I could leave if I'd like needless to say I will not be staying here again

Cortamos nuestras pérdidas y salimos 5 minutos después de estar allí, y mientras nos íbamos, el recepcionista estaba reservando nuestra habitación para otra persona por un descuento. Nunca más.
